Not properly related but my elderly neighbour had a fall in his front garden your employee Adam was nearby and helped me keep him calm and was checking on him to make sure his condition didn’t change. He stayed until the ambulance arrived. He was brilliant and I am so grateful for his help.

I would not recommend wasting your time or money, if I could give less than one star I would.
I emailed two estate agents in bitterne with questions about a property and neither got back to me and still haven't. I called to arrange a visit and they said they'd find out when was available. After 2 weeks I called back to be told I don't need to chase them up, when there's an update I'd be contacted. I still didn't hear anything so a couple weeks later I called back and there was no answer for many phonecalls and eventually I got through but there was no update. If you love a property you can't just sit around waiting to view it because someone else will snap it up. I was forced to take my business else where and had a much better experience.

I signed up with them a few months ago, told them what I was looking for and was ready to go, Zoopla sent me details of a property they were selling so called and was told it was sold to one of there clients! I was never informed this property was available, I was a client so should have been informed as well, not happy with them and definitely won’t be using them again

Our property was valued at a low price and we were led to believe there would be offers of that price or above. Instead offers were made below the price and we were then told that must be the price as that was what was being offered. It turned out we were at least £20,000 under.
We had a cash buyer but nobody checked they had filled in the relevant documents until it became apparent at exchange. We had to do all the chasing up and lots of work also chasing the solicitors who were very poor. Worst house sale we have ever done.

I thought I'd share a pleasant experience we had with Morris Dibben, Bitterne branch recently and in particular with the advice and service provided by Molly. We had a house viewing and Molly took us through the details and showed us the property. One might wonder it's the standard process but the reason I'm writing this review is the positive experience we had with the agency and Molly. The appointment was given at a convenient time and financial advice was arranged as well. We were given sufficient time to view and Molly explained the important details as a buyer we should be aware related to the property and the seller. Never pressured us to hurry up and finish the viewing. We felt so comfortable and we really appreciate the transparency in the information provided by the agency (not often told the correct reason for sale by others).
This is my initial impression and I'm really looking forward to secure a property with the help of Molly and Morris Dibben, Bittern team.

My husband has been there today to see the available properties. He was very upset when he left the agency, as when he kindly asked to know which properties are for sale now, he told me that the agent had answered him "to check the website" and "go to the coffeeshop nearby where he could sit and look his phone"! I have no idea that how could someone answer and treat him this way, as we are planning to buy a house in soon, our deposit is ready, principal letter is ready, and we are ready to give an offer! I do not know what is the agent role then? Just dealing with the potential buyers who they like?

Tried to purchase a property with Morris Dibben Bitterne and the experience was dreadful. Took a disliking to us as first time buyers with a mortgage in principle and tried convincing the seller to go with a cash buyer with a lower offer. Terrible communication from start to finish and dragging their heals hoping the seller would change their mind on who to sell to. Concealed the fact the property had been underpinned until the PIF was shared with our solicitors. Specific questions were asked at the viewing around structural works. We only found out the true extent of the work that had taken place 3 months into the conveyancing process. Circa 30% of the property was affected by subsidence, enough to cause roof thrust. This was not trivial remedial work despite it occurring around 30 years ago. Professional advice was sought by a structural engineer by the recommendation of our solicitors.
The property sale fell through due to Morris Dibben who could have managed the transaction more professionally and in the best interests of the seller. Constantly made to feel like we were lucky to be in with a chance of buying the property, and lied to about priority viewings that never existed just to get you in front of their financial advisor who later accepted our mortgage in principle via our own bank. Tried as best we could to rescue the transaction but Morris Dibben and seller had no interest in completing.
This company are not only dishonest but are fraudulent, and a successful investigation was conducted by the Advertising Standards Agency around their business practice of marking the property up over the original listing price and “reducing” it the same day back to the original listing price to falsely advertise the property back on the market on RightMove as recently reduced. The property still hasn’t completed 8 months later with a new buyer on board. Meanwhile, a more straight forward seller and agent came along and we completed on our first property within 2 months as the estate agent supported the sale and acted in the sellers interest for a quick hassle free sale.

The team at Morris Dibben have been excellent in helping us to sell our house in Southampton. We had initially had our house up for sale with another estate agents, however after a few months of getting nowhere, we felt that a fresh team may be able to help. The team at Morris Dibben were very professional, polite and also human (normally sales people can come off like robots).
After a selling price was agreed, they took photos and advised us when it would go on the market. Our house went on the market whilst we were abroad, yet that didn't stop Morris Dibben updating us as to when it went live. They amazingly got an offer on the first viewing, to which we accepted and the process and the communication continued just as smoothly all the way up until the final contract exchanges.
Billy and Simon have been in constant communication with us throughout the whole process, from the initial valuing of our house, putting it on the market and finally the agreed sale.
Morris Dibben has definitely turned what was turning into a disastrous selling of our home with one estate agent, into a quick sale and smooth process with clearly a better team on the case.

Very disappointed with their service. One of their staff Darren was guided us through the purchase's process, and following his suggest about step to start, we paid £400 by phone to some third company( no receipt, just they took money from bank account). In two weeks when we've got information that appartment we purchasing has an issue with cladding. When we asked withdraw our application, and asked refund, the answer was we are not in title to ask refund. We were throughout from their system, with no explanation, also keeping our sensible information without telling us anything. It's was four months ago. We are still waiting an answer from them, and refund of course.
Never ever again.
Anyway, we asked to make investigation about our case. After two months of chatting, we've answer that nothing was wronge from Morris Dibben side. Really? On this way you dealing with your customers??? We were doing everything guiding by you, without no questions!!!! So, what do you think who has right to ask refund?
Very very disappointed. Don't suggest anyone this Agency.

I can’t recommend Morris Dibben enough. We had an awful experience with an Online estate agent but was recommended Morris Dibben by a colleague, I rang up straight away and spoke to the General Manager called Dale. I explained my situation to him and he came round later that evening to valuate our property, he wasn’t pushy in anyway like most estate agents. The next day we decided to put our property on the market with them, from the photographer coming round to all marketing adverts etc made live on the website everything was smooth and very efficient.
In the first week Morris Dibben managed to arrange 3 viewers for our property with Jack who was very passionate about selling our property, Unfortunately these people didn’t think our property was situable for them but that didn’t stop Dale and his team phoning all their customers on their books. Last week we had a couple
View our property and have not put in a cash offer for our Apartment . We viewed a couple of places with Adriana who was very professional and have now put an offer in for a property and all accepted.
We are also in the process of speaking to Ellen at Countrywide Mortgages (within Morris Dibben) she is sorting out our Mortgage & Insurance, again I can’t recommend her enough.
Just want to say a Huge Thank you to you all , And for all the work u have done for us so far.

Charlie, Liam and Leah managed to market the property and with in a week had sold it. Unfortunately on that occasion the sale fell through due to change in circumstance with the buy. The team where quick to get back on the ball and had viewing lined up within hours of it being back on the market. And a new offer was made the same week and has gone through very smoothy and quickly. We were very impressed with the quality of the viewers and it was obvious compared to the other agent that they had clearly pre-approve and made sure that the viewers had a genuine interest in the property.
