We were shown around a retirement property in Bitterne Park by Molly. Even though we didn't go for the property (as my Dad really needed a ground floor in the end) , I found her to be really informative, friendly and she was able to answer most questions or at least let us know who to talk to if she was unable to. Really appreciated the professionalism shown.

When I helped to sell my boss's house I was lucky enough to be teamed up with Billy the Branch Manager. Billy is friendly, efficient, honest and great to deal with. If I was to be selling anything else in the area then I would go directly to Billy - no question! The whole process was made easier and frankly more enjoyable due to him. Morris Dibben have been excellent from offer to completion. Lorena showed us the property and she was amazing. She was warm and was open to questions. We needed to arrange a few viewings and Morris Dibben were very accommodating. After we had the survey, we had some questions for the vendor. Morris Dibben were quick with taking our queries to the vendors and coming back to us. Overall, a very good experience of buying through them. Would highly recommend.

We had a lengthy wait for the property but this was at no fault of the estate agent who guided us through each step as we were clueless due to being first time buyers. Fully recommended.
