We couldn't have asked for a better estate agent than Molly. From the very beginning of our move right through to completion last week, she was always knowledgable, positive, and incredibly supportive. Molly for us quickly became someone we could trust to ensure the process moved along. She was always honest, and never avoided giving updates straight away.<br><br>Communication throughout the process was excellent. Our buyers' solicitor was extremely poor at keeping everyone informed, but Molly never let things drift. She chased relentlessly for updates, kept the chain moving wherever she could, and made sure we always knew what was happening. Whenever we had questions, she would call us back the very same day with answers or, if she was still waiting for information, she'd explain exactly what she was doing to get it. She always had a clear plan of action and never left us wondering what the next steps would be.<br><br>Moving house can be incredibly stressful, but Molly's professionalism, positivity, and determination made the whole experience far more manageable. She genuinely cared about getting our house move completed and went above and beyond to make it happen. This was crucial as other parties such as the buyers solicitor were not always communicating or answering calls from my solicitor. We are so grateful for everything she did and is exactly the sort of person anyone moving house needs on their side

10/10 We called Josh at morris dibben to ask him to come and value our home but what he came with is a Marketing plan that sold our house in less than a week! From the first meeting he came with strategy and lots of ideas! A few days after he had set up a pre launch which left us with offers before we even went live, after this Josh set up an open house all within the first week, this is where the offers came in and the house Sold! On top of this josh has been so contactable via a Whatsapp channel, we had a board up within 3 days and hes arranged the solicitor, Photos and anything else! All fees laid out from the get go, No pressure to accept offers when they came in and a very knowledgeable estate agent! If your thinking of selling your House then you must give Josh at Morris dibben (Bitterne) a call.

Today we collected the keys to our first home from Morris Dibben in Bittern. Bailey and the team have been fantastic, with special mention to Bailey, who has been professional and personable throughout the process. We appreciated his patience and helpfulness during viewings with young children where he was more than happy to let us take our time exploring the new property whilst juggling the distractions of kids.<br>Thank you.

Morris Dibbens dealt with the sale of our house and I have to say that the service was excellent. They worked so hard to find a buyer, keeping me informed of feedback, appointments and any queries or questions I had. Nicola who was the ‘go between’ with the solicitors was excellent so much so that I had more contact from her than my solicitor! Every member of staff was so hard working, knowledgeable, polite and helpful. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Brilliant estate Agent for Hayling Island.

We first meet Jamie Zagaroli when viewing a property in Chandlers Ford. Jamie has been extremly helpful ,courteous and very obliging in every aspect making the purchase relatively smooth right up to completion and we are most grateful for all the help and advise offered. Nothing was too much when asked to contact the seller for information regarding the property advise on local authorities and services.
