I cannot thank Billy and the team enough for all the help and support throughout the sale of our property.
Despite having had a bad experience with a previous estate agent Billy came through with flying colours.
I would certainly recommend them all to anyone considering buying or selling a property.

MD has been renting my house for number of years, last year due to interest rates going up and the government taxes, we had to terminate the rental agreement with the tenant as we could no longer afford the payments to the bank. Unfortunately, the tenant did not move out, so we had to go through an eviction process.
During this process, MD letting department in Southampton I am grateful to Anais who cared enough for sorting out the documents I needed,
Anais Thanks, MD needs more people like you.
This would have been 4 or 5 stars but the parent company pleaded GDRP on providing proof which took longer to sort out.
This is the problem with this agent they take time both MD and its parent company Countrywide once they have you, the back office is slow.

What can we say apart from an absolute pleasure from Billy and the whole team throughout. They always happily helped with our millions of questions. From the sale of our flat to properties we were viewing elsewhere it was never too much trouble. Moving is one of the most stressful things you can do and we honestly can say we couldn’t have done it without you so thank you so much!

This was our 4th estate agent after being disappointed with our previous ones, Morris Dibben proved to be the right choice all the staff are very professional and work really hard to get a buyer and keep you informed. Talitha provides a very professional and friendly service.
She found a new tenant within days of instructing her.
We are abroad at the moment and we left her to sort out a painter and decorator and she also managed to get a replacement carpet fitted at a very very competitive price and in super quick time.
We would highly recommend.

Was interested in two different properties posted by Morris Dibben office in Hayling. First one I was messed around for the viewing, had a million calls between us and at the end changed their viewing rules and we weren’t able to view the new build property. Second property we went to view we asked to reserve and was told to apply via a form instead, which we received no answer for. After chasing them for nearly a month, asking for calls back and not receiving them we’ve just found out that the property we really wanted to reserve is gone. We were told we were unable to receive on the day even though we were the first to view… we’ve now lost the house we fell in love with due to the team’s inability to communicate, my partner seemed to get answers pretty quickly that the property was gone whereas I had to keep chasing and not getting information out of them. Clearly avoiding my calls, I just wanted to progress and was clearly not favoured by these estate agents. Would avoid.
