After having a sale pull out we changed estate agent to Morris dibben , Danielle was amazing and had the house sold in no time.
Once buyer was found through morris dibben we had no issues and everything went smoothly.

After being on the market with another estate agent and getting nowhere we decided to try Morris dibben. Within 2 weeks Anita had secured us an offer. Since then she has been all over the handling of the sale and it is all going very smoothly. We can just sit back and wait for the process to go through confident in the knowledge that Anita will handle it all with thorough precision and an open and honest communication. Not to mention that she is hugely bubbly and friendly- you can't help but like her. Thank you very much Anita. If we ever sell a house again then we'll be in touch! X

Supportive, knowledgeable and helpful, all with a sense of humour.
I initially met Lisa on a house viewing and after explaining our situation (moving 2 households into one), her understanding and can-do attitude made Morris Dibben the ideal choice for us. From the start, Anita & Lisa did everything they could to put us at ease and patiently answered all of my elderly parents' queries and reassured them at every turn. Due to the complex nature of selling 2 houses and buying one together, the timeframe to exchange was long and arduous but the team at Morris Dibben made it bearable. Their sense of humour was invaluable, and I felt able to call them whenever I needed. When we finally completed, they were genuinely pleased for us. I cannot thank them enough.

Amazing team at Cowplain Morris and Dibben. We bought our house from this estate agent and they were great from start to finish. Keeping us informed every step of the way. Office manager Lisa extremely poor and harassing when not getting her own way.
Re-advertising the property after weeks of going through legals when she did not get her own way and could not be bothered to call the solicitor.
Solicitor had our instructions after we had asked them to deal with the agent due to her lies and harassing and demanding emails.
