This is not a hate review but hopefully a productive one for those who are in charge of Paul Dubberley Estate Agents - Willenhall.
The people you have chosen to work in this branch are the most unprofessional, incompetent and inexperience staff you could find in the entire Midlands. I have had a number of viewings with these branch and I can certainly confirm the staff attending always have something to hide about the property and will never tell you the truth about the property.
My simple advice is do not buy a property that is advertised by PD. The moment you mention that you have a mortgage advisor you are out of the window and has 0% chance in buying the property with them this is mainly because you are not using their young mortgage advisors (Their advisors will get a stash of cash from the bank if you use them). When choosing to go with their mortgage advisor your details are passed to different scammers and will receive a ton of unnecessary phone calls from strangers without you even giving them the permission.
As a buyer and as a seller I have had a number of arguments with this branch this is mainly because THEY SIMPLY DONT CARE if your property is SOLD or no, I can prove this:
I had a property on the market with a reasonable price marketed by them, a few viewings were done and I got an update from them saying no one is interested in the property. 2 weeks later I had a hand-written letter through the post & dropped by hand (as i was living in the property at the time), the letter was written by a buyer who wanted the property, viewed the property then had contacted Paul Dubberley numerous times for placing an offer but since he didn't use their mortgage advisor they were putting the phone down on him as he later explained to me over the phone. It has been a while that I wanted to share this with everyone and those who are unaware of what is happening with these scammers.
I had to market my property with Connells but had to pay more and SOLD it in 2 weeks, my advise for everyone here is DO NOT BUY OR MARKET FROM THEM & if you have watch your credit ratings closely, phone calls you answer.
I wouldn't give you a halved star but had to select a star, I cannot believe how ignorant and poor service this branch is.
I can certainly understand every company wants to make most money and every staff wants to look good in front of their managers. However, this must be done professionally and in a good manner, there are tons of online material that agents, staff, trainees...etc can read without paying.
Remember nice ties and suits wont make you attractive but your behaviors and skills would.
Also, I have reported you to other relevant authorities regarding data protection breaches you have done, this is not a threat but one more phone call from your sub-cons, lenders, advisors...etc to me, I will be on your door step with a solicitor.
Not to good with the marketing they told us just what we wanted to hear removed from the market with. Them we will be using someone else in the future no response what so ever

After enquiring about a bungalow for rent last Thursday, i called office who then passed details onto Sofia who called me back within 5 minutes (only good thing to say)
Arranged a viewing 2 days later on the Saturday at 3.15pm, i confirmed that we already knew where the property is & was booked in to view.
We arrived at property 3.10pm, waited 30 minutes & Sophia didn't turn up. I left a voicemail asking if running late(no reply) I tried office which was meant to be open till 4pm(no answer).
So Today Monday i called the office & spoke to Sophia who tried to lie her way out of the situation, she said we should have had confirmed text Saturday morning(we didn't & was not told of this).
She then said well wasn't in her diary even though i asked if she remembered my call & she could remember!
Sofia then said well wasn't in her diary, i explained again telling her we spoke about my wife leaving work early to make viewing & she said was there till 3.15pm, even though we were there at 3.10pm. Shocked at this service, being made out to be a liar ourselves when Sophia tried everything to get herself out of this by lying.
I am fast learning lots of estate agents seem to lie a lot after over 20 years of renting & this was totally unacceptable & unprofessional.
