As a first time buyer, the information and support provided around options and the process at each stage helped me understand clearly. Any questions were answered well and everything seemed to be completed promptly. The only negative was in my decision process around using in house services. I only used the in house solicitors, but would have continued with the in house adviser after the initial meeting had I not already had one externally. From the moment I spoke to everyone at Paul Dubberley I felt reassured. From valuation to mortgage advice to help throughout the whole journey from deciding to sell / purchase through to completion. Everyone was professional and friendly and Id fully recommend. The only negative experience was we used their recommended solicitors; Talbots. They were unbelievably poor.
