Paul Dubberley did a very great job helping us sell our property! They gave us great advice and instruction on how to prepare the house for viewing. Viewing requests were received just a few days after putting the property on the market and Paul Dubberley did a great job conducting the viewings as well as negotiating with potential buyers

They are very helpful and punctual for them service. We purchased our first property by Paul dubberley and didn't get any issues. For ( Skye Derby) I would say she's very helpful and friendly whenever I asked her by email or call I don't have to wait for long. All staff are brilliant and helpful. I hope when someone I buy next property by them. Thanks to (Paul dubberley )

I would have gave this place a 0 star!! I approached the rental department to find me tenants for my property. I trusted this company as this is what they are professionals in. This agent miserably failed to do the proper checks on the tenants. The tenants they approved stopped paying the rent after 2 months of moving in.The tenants this company approved have NO respect for my property. Ive had to take the tenants to court for possession of property, which has cost me thousands. I’ve had sleepless nights, anxiety and bought on a lot of stress. DO NOT use this agents!! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

My Property was sold with another agent but we was having complications and Paul Dubberley came on board and have been exceptional from start to finish.
I was particularly impressed with Nicola, she looked after my sale throughout the process and kept me updated as well as offering professional advice when I needed some guidance. I would highly recommend this agent to anyone who is looking to sell their property, fantastic Team and thank you for all your help.

As a first time buyer, the information and support provided around options and the process at each stage helped me understand clearly. Any questions were answered well and everything seemed to be completed promptly. The only negative was in my decision process around using in house services. I only used the in house solicitors, but would have continued with the in house adviser after the initial meeting had I not already had one externally. The estate agent, solicitors and adviser were great when I worked with them. Overall positive experience.
