Keep the sold or unavailable houses on the housing websites, waste time calling them, just to hear that it's sold and not avaliable, so if other agent can remove the houses when sold, then why you guys don't do it? Just want people to call in so can try selling the house they don't want. Waste of time.

Paul Dubberley did a very great job helping us sell our property! They gave us great advice and instruction on how to prepare the house for viewing. Viewing requests were received just a few days after putting the property on the market and Paul Dubberley did a great job conducting the viewings as well as negotiating with potential buyers

We have completed on the sale of our house today which has been sold via the Willenhall office of Paul Dubberley.
From the first meeting with Keanu, who valued our property & gave us many hints & tips, the service we have received has been impeccable.
I received text messages to confirm or cancel appointments & received calls with feedback from the viewers.
I must particularly mention Shelby. She was always so ‘on the ball’ & would always get back to you, which is so important.
She was always so polite & friendly & after a very stressful day for us yesterday, she sorted & confirmed that our exchange had taken place.

If you are viewing a house being sold by Paul Dubberley Wednesbury you’d better be prepared to arrive over an hour early and camp right outside the door.
I arrived 10 minutes early for my 2pm viewing and walked up to the door and knocked it and there was no answer but that’s okay as I was early. 2pm came and went and still no sign of anyone but I thought they could be running late so I waited until quarter past to ring the office.
When I rang the office I was told that there had been an agent there for an hour and that they would ring them and see where they were. When they rang back at 20 past I was told that ‘You must have missed them’ as it was now past 2pm and the agent had gone to another property. I explained that I was here before 2pm and I have seen no one leave the property so unless they hopped the back fence then there was never anyone there at 2pm for my viewing.
The person on the phone didn’t seem to care that I had been put out at all. A bad way to sell houses if you ask me. If they can’t be bothered to show up for viewings how can you trust them to sell your property?

Paul Dubberley are experts in what they do, they got me my new home even moved in before the scheduled time. My special thanks to Elisha who started the whole process she's everywhere to help with smiles every time, and also to Eleano. They're great. Prompt paperwork. I will use Paul Dubberley again and will confidently recommend them. Anyone who wish to get a house of his or her choice should ring Paul Dubberley and ask of Elisha and co.
