Paul Dubberley are experts in what they do, they got me my new home even moved in before the scheduled time. My special thanks to Elisha who started the whole process she's everywhere to help with smiles every time, and also to Eleano. They're great. Prompt paperwork. I appreciate all the work Eleanor and Ella have done very efficiently. Eleanor made the whole process so effortless and simple, no time was wasted and found me a good tenant well before the old ones were leaving. Ella has been great at showing the tenants the house even though there were not many show ups on the day. Everything was done very professionally and am very pleased from start to finish with the whole experience, a great customer service and I would not hesitate to use them again when needed at Bilston branch of Paul & Dubberley, whom I have been with since the start of letting my property out.

I just wanted to share our feedback of our experience with Laura. I think too many people take the time to complain these days and not enough time to acknowledge where a member of staff deserves recognition of their work!
I just wanted to say how great Laura has been in helping us with our mortgage. Laura contacted me last year for the renewal of my mortgage (I am with Connells) and she made it completely seemless and really easy. As such, I remembered Laura from that experience so contacted her for the purchase of our joint new purchase this year. From start to finish Laura is personable and so so helpful. She genuinely wants to find you the best deals and appreciates how complex these things can be! She has had the patience of a saint with me and all my questions, she is always in communication and always gives regular updates. She has been an absolute pleasure to speak with, nothing is too much for Laura and she is thorough and clear on everything she has advised us on. People say arranging mortgages is a stressful time of your life (especially for us with a baby on the way at the same time!) And Laura has completely taken that stress away from us. Regardless of the outcome of the mortgage we are waiting to hear about now, I can't recommend her enough.
If you have a company full of Laura's, you're onto a winner!

As a first time buyer, this has literally been one of the best and easy experiences, I've ever had because of both Manisha and the mortgage advisor, Laura. They were both wonderful and worked be through every part of the process until I purchased the house and collected my key. I couldn't have asked for a better team. Thank you both! Highly recommend!

We sold and bought our next property through PD and I only have positive things to say about the team. From start to finish we were always kept informed, never had to chase anything up and they always had our best interest's at heart. I highly recommend this branch! 5 stars all round :)
