Everything about my recent move went efficiently. From viewing to moving in. I mostly dealt with Jack Weekes who was very professional & friendly. Communication along was great

I had four different estate agents round to value my flat.
Chris, from Bernards, said that he could take photographs during the valuation, and if I was to go with Bernards, he could put the flat up for sale as soon as possible.
I called Chris after all of the other valuations and told him we were going to go with Bernards - which was purely because of Chris being pro-active! He put the flat online (and on rightmove) around 8 o’clock that evening!
I had three people view within the first few days and the first viewer offered asking price straight away. I sold my flat in six days.
Chris was very helpful ever since our first phone call and I was delighted my flat sold so quickly - meaning we could offer/purchase a house we had seen.

Wow what superstars!
Can you believe were advised to go there by another estate agent who was also selling our house. David and his fantastic team sold our house within a month whereas the other agents hadn't been able to sell it in over 5 months! David took the time to go through our options and went the extra mile. We felt we were in capable hands and nothing was too much. Brilliant service and I would highly recommend this dynamic team. Excellent highly recommed.

Bernard’s have worked hard to sell the property in a saturated market. They have been friendly which made them easy to deal with. I valued their opinion on pricing and selling in the area which they were very knowledgeable on. They communicated well and kept me fully up to date on feedback from the viewings.

Jim, Natalie, Diamie and the team did and amazing job and looked after the complete end-to-end process of getting my house sold. They gave excellent advice of what to price the property at in this market and did an excellent job at spreading the word that led to the sale. They also kept regular communication with myself and solitictors on both sides to ensure we made it through to completion. Would highly recommend!

The BEST agents around... Martin was fabulous from the start, we dealt with Josh, Tom and Diamie all absolutely amazing and sold our house within 4 days... got the viewings in and got it sold! Would highly recommend this team!
