***STOP*** If you’re looking for a Personal, Professional and Honest Estate Agents i can’t recommend Tom, Martin and the Bernards Waterlooville team highly enough!
My sale and purchase ended up being quite drawn out (due to others in the chain) but every step of the way Tom and the team knew what was going on before i even asked for an update, they’d pro-actively reach out to me first with the information when other estate agents went quiet, they listened to me as a customer and not as just “another sale” the’re trying to get through the books.
They ALWAYS call you back, They ALWAYS email you with and update and they are ALWAYS honest with you.
Obviously i dont plan on moving again anytime soon but i’d only recommend one estate agents in Waterlooville to go with if i did and that’s Bernards.
I have a relative looking to rent their property later in the year and there is again only one place i’ll be taking them to!

I would very highly recommend the London Road branch of Mann to anyone thinking of selling a property. My sale was quite protracted, over a year from start to finish (for reasons beyond Manns control) but my experience with them was extremely positive throughout and they were always helpful, communicative, proactive, professional and unstintingly cheerful (Ebony).

I have dealt with a lot of estate agents up to now and I can say that Mann estate agents has been head and shoulders above the rest. As I was a buyer they kept me informed on a an almost weekly basis as well as liaising with my solicitor. The staff were very pleasant throughout and even the sold sign was taken away sharpish. All in all a pleasing experience.

I have to say what a great lettings team, they helped my son find a property which was totally right for him, close to Uni and fully shelf contained. When a maintenace issue was raised it was dealt with quickly and fully resolved by the next day. Brilliant team all round.
