I have to say what a great lettings team, they helped my son find a property which was totally right for him, close to Uni and fully shelf contained. When a maintenace issue was raised it was dealt with quickly and fully resolved by the next day. Brilliant team all round.

I have had dealings with the Southsea lettings and Portsmouth sales. Both have been exceptional I am fully updated with the processes of when I rented with Southsea and then when I brought my house with Portsmouth. All services are offered in house and they recommended a local solicitor who help progress the purchase of my first home quickly and efficiently. I have recommended to friends who would all agree.

I couldnt be more happier with the service I receive as a landlord from the staff at Bernards Southsea. I have always felt the staff have been responsive and dealt with any issues promptly and at the same time offered excellent advice. Also our tenants are very happy with the service from Bernards. Happy Tenants mean stress free Landlords. I highly recommend their services. Well done to all the team, keep up the hard work!

I would very highly recommend the London Road branch of Mann to anyone thinking of selling a property. My sale was quite protracted, over a year from start to finish (for reasons beyond Manns control) but my experience with them was extremely positive throughout and they were always helpful, communicative, proactive, professional and unstintingly cheerful (Ebony).

I have dealt with a lot of estate agents up to now and I can say that Mann estate agents has been head and shoulders above the rest. As I was a buyer they kept me informed on a an almost weekly basis as well as liaising with my solicitor. The staff were very pleasant throughout and even the sold sign was taken away sharpish. All in all a pleasing experience.
