It was a no brainer to use Bernards to sell our home following on from the viewing of another property with Natalie from the Drayton branch.
Natalie is friendly and welcoming and knows her stuff. We didn't buy the first house we looked at, but we listed our house with them following this viewing.
The guy who came to take our photos and social media did a great job and was genuinely a really lovely guy, who I emailed Natalie about straight away, because he is a great asset to the business.
Bernards created an Instagram video of our home which was linked to a QR code and put on the for sale sign. This meant people can look at the property there and then.
When listing Natalie kept us up to date at all times.
Bernards are definitely an estate agents of the future.
Proactive active and forward thinking.
Highly recommended.
Since selling with Bernarss my grandpas house has been listed with them, along with my father in laws house.
