Blackadders have made the whole process of selling our home incredibly easy. From marketing the property to dealing with viewer requests and eventually to closing the sale they were excellent. Moving on to the solicitor side of the sale, we dealt with one person the whole time which made the process stress free as the solicitor was responsive and kept us up to date with the progress. I'd highly recommend Blackadders to anyone who is looking to sell their home or purchase a new house.

As a first time buyer I used blackadders for my flat purchase. The purchase went smoothly however, I got very little guidance throughout the process and found they were not very responsive. This just made the process more stressful than it had to be. I have been told I would get the money back from my help to buy isa at the end of Oct but I have had no responses from my last 5 emails and it is now December and I still don't have the money.
