We have recently purchased a property through Harris and Birt and we were very satisfied with the service from all the staff at H&B
We were fortunate that the process went smoothly but we would be happy to recommend them and use them again in the future although right now moving again is definitely not on our agenda!!

We tried 2 other estate agents without any success before we went with Harris & Birt. We initially met Caroline when we viewed a property Harris & Birt were selling, & both my husband & I were very impressed with her so we decided to sell our house with Harris & Birt. Firstly, they sold our house almost immediately, & secondly the communication from Caroline has been fantastic. We have never had to chase her for information, she dealt with the sales progression as well which was a real bonus and she went out of her way to push the sale along. Her attention to detail & commitment to us as the vendors has been outstanding. Now we’re about to move out & she’s even found someone to clean the oven when the oven cleaner we booked let us down.
Harris & Birt are without doubt second to none & if you’re looking for an estate agent you can rely on I strongly recommend you try Harris & Birt.
