Really good experience as a seller. The initial appraisal of our North Somerset village property felt very realistic, and Neil was clearly very knowledgable about the various issues that come from selling an old property. The sales team negotiated us a good price and then Stevie was great (and very patient!) at chasing the sale process until exchange took place. I would highly recommend.

I would like to thank Stevie Worgan and her team for their support while I went through rather a long wait to buy my property - not due to them, but waiting for my vendor. They gave excellent service and Stevie was particularly helpful at pushing things through towards the end. I’m so pleased with this cottage, it’s a rare find! The welcome pack, on picking up the keys was a real surprise and a reel treat - many thanks!

I’ve worked with Lisa, Neil and the team at Debbie Fortune over the last 2 years for my real estate marketing business and often undertake property shoots when one of the team from Debbie Fortune are also there.
Without exception, the team builds excellent relationships with their vendors and buyers and their local knowledge and professionalism is there for all to see.

This estate agents are great, the staff are amazing and lovely we dealt with Sam/vikki, who helped us through the process of renting. They both kept us updated throughout and answered all of questions and were quick to reply. If you’re looking to rent , check out Debbie Fortune. I would highly recommend them.
