Had my property up for sale with them for nearly a year and only a couple of offers, one of which was accepted and fell through. Getting viewings is a rarity and the ones we have had booked don’t go through, don’t know what the team actually do but the whole experience has been so disheartening should of used a different estate agent.

The agent who conducted the viewings had great energy and I believe did assist with the sale of our house. I do however think that there was some dishonesty when selling the house and us accepting an offer we were happy with. Following an acceptance of offer, initially the sales manager phoned and seemed to want to rush the call and didn’t take the time to explain much and the communication was poor following this. Even up until the end of the process, it was lucky the estate agent from the house I was buying was updating me as the agent working on behalf of Eden did not even know we had exchanged and had set a completion date.
I believe Eden took on too many properties than they were capable of managing and then outsourced a lot of the after sales to an external agency. I found the external agency to be particularly pushy with me finding out information, when really they should have been finding out/chasing for information an updates as I was paying for their service.
Overall, a mixed experience and I wouldn’t recommend.

We bought a property through Eden estates last year and could not have been happier with the service. In particular their sales progression team (we dealt with Lisa mainly) were excellent - kept us up to date and handled everything professionally and personably. Would highly recommend.

The team in Larkfield, have been totally fantastic with the sale of our house. They secured viewings very quickly, and the whole process, from accepting an offer to completion, was just less than 11 weeks - absolutely fantastic.
We would have no issues in recommending Eden to anyone looking to move home.

We bought our first property through Eden’s Estates and couldn’t be happier. After being outbid on a few places, Eden’s went the extra mile to make sure we were the first to view a property they had in mind for us – a company that genuinely cares. The house was perfect, and thank God everything went through smoothly.
We completed two weeks ago now, and the support and communication from the team has been excellent throughout. They even removed the sold sign swiftly, and everything was done by the book from start to finish. Highly recommended. Lovely people x
