We were very impressed with the team at Hamptons Tunbridge Wells from the initial pitch by Deborah she demonstrated her extensive knowledge of the local market and the selling process.<br>The whole team were very impressive across Deborah, Steve, Chris and Carl (for some of the viewings). The star of the show however was Adam Jeddo who appeared to find the most number of interested buyers but then married this with a real energy and enthusiasm in all our interactions. Adam, for sure, always went the extra mile!<br>So a very good experience from initial contact to house sale completion.<br>Only reasons for not giving a fifth star was that the photo selection and advert posting processes were a bit "sticky" and there were a couple of occasions where we thought we should've been more engaged in the discussions/negotiations but otherwise an overall very positive experience and we would recommend Hamptons TWells to others based on our experience.

Filippo at Hamptons was really helpful and easy to deal with from the first enquiry through to move-in day, made moving to London from abroad much less stressful. The flat is amazing and I love it. Highly recommend!

I recently let a flat through Hamptons Chiswick. Overall, it was a very smooth experience and Sultan was always very responsive on WhatsApp and helped sort everything out.

I recently sold my property through Hamptons and had a great experience.<br><br>The team (Ed, Dan, Max and Mark) were great. They were responsive, proactive, and did a great job keeping momentum with the initial listing. The team presented several offers.<br><br>Dan was particularly instrumental in taking the transaction from offer to completion. He was highly proactive, stayed closely involved throughout, was always available when needed, and did an excellent job coordinating the various parties to keep the sale moving forward. His persistence and communication made a real difference in getting the transaction over the line.<br><br>I would happily recommend Hamptons to anyone looking to sell their property in the area.

Simon Cole is simply a saint and one of the best agents around. I had a challenging time with solicitors when buying, but Simon kept me updated throughout, fully understood what I wanted, fought in my corner and was integral to both mine and the seller’s experience.<br><br>He went above and beyond constantly, was so attuned to what was needed and when, and, when needed, wasn’t afraid to push and get things moving. Without him I am not actually sure I would have got through the process at all.<br><br>I am not planning on selling anytime soon, but would recommend Simon and his team (shout out to Michael) as they are the best, fastest, friendliest, easiest, and kindest in the business.

Lost our seller with no explanation and no communication. I know sellers back out sometimes but they handled it awfully, we had to learn it from our onwards, they gave no, explanation or advice and showed zero sympathy. They left us off the market for months and we missed several equiries and lost our onwards due to their ineptitude. To make matters worse they were almost double the price of other agents.

We just completed the sale of our Parsons Green property and couldn't be happier with the service we received from Hamptons. Ed and Robert were professional, knowledgeable, and worked incredibly hard to get us a great deal in a very difficult market. They were persistent and drew on the wider Hamptons network — private office, social media team, international reach — to generate interest in our property. Communication throughout was excellent, and we'd happily recommend them to anyone selling in the area.
