Our house was listed with a local Kew agent, and we invited Hampton's to join them as we felt they would add another dimension through their local and international connections. Our sector of the market is currently slow, and disappointingly, there weren't many viewings, however, in the main they were quality, proceedable buyers, and I had the impression they were working hard to find potential buyers for us. We were impressed by the structured, quality weekly phone calls we received to update us and talk about next steps throughout the marketing process. Once the offer was received, the agent, Justin, was excellent in terms of progressing the sale - he was available, informed, responsive, professional, and agreeably terrier like in his persistence in managing the sale process through. We exchanged three weeks after the offer was accepted and completed 3 working days after we exchanged, which I felt was very good going. I would have given four stars if the level of commission had been the same as our local agent! We would definitely consider using Hampton's again.

Justin from Hamptons was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He arranged multiple viewings with short notice and ensured that we had a very smooth, fast exchange and completion. Would thoroughly recommend.

Very poor service!!!! After viewing and paying down £350.00 to hold a house to rent, the service was extremely Poor!!! The refranceing part was even more shocking when they did not understand the way my income was tax, after I had explained it to them going back and fort from the agent to the referencing company. They gave a decision that wrongfully reflexed my income. I then had to get my accountant to call them and explain the way my income and taxation works even duo I did this twice before. The office then stopped answering my phone calls, and when I did get hold of them I using 141 to block my number they answer my call right after i called showing my number. I was then given a runaround story by the staff and was told that i'll be called back within five min's once they talked to someone in the office; or they have to talk to the landlord; This went on and I was never called back by anyone till I called them the next day, I even left it for two day when I was told I was getting a call back stright away, and never did. From the day I paid my money to the day I HAD IT with all the Extremely POOR Service 17days had pass!! which was full of stress and upset for me as having to move house with 4 children is a stress in it self but having to put up with the incompetent staff at Abbotts letting, I called up to cancle everything I did not care if the landlord say yes or no to me renting the house all I wanted was my money back!! even this I now have to wait for as the only member of staff that can do refunds within the whold of Abbotts is on holiday till next Monday! I'm doing a live radio interview on BBC Cambridgeshir today and i'm going to get this story into it because people are held at ransom by letting agents cause the need somewhere to live so we put up with all The POOR Service, The Rude staff, The Lack of Empty at what is very stressful times. You had my money and still DO!! you also had an obligation to me as much as you have for the landlord to provide me with a Open,Honest and respectfull service. Which did not happen in this case!!! POOR POOR POOR POOR SERVICE "abbots" Never Again
