Wow wow wow I’m a tenent for. Hamptons office in Knightsbridge ! The guy sorry the most arrogant and RUDE guy I’ve even met in my life. He was so rude when I took the flat in December that why I deal with Stephania biut this guy Paul is the most nasty and so unprofessional person I’ve ver met in my life with his horrible and nasty attitude ! I will definitely take this further as that’s the second time he was so rude to me and asked me to leave the office ! As I Proffesional person myself I’m just shocked with that Nasty Paul Behaviour and of his Boss does take my complainant in consideration I shall take this further ! As I’m still in shocked with an agent behaviour !!!

We had a tough time dealing with other estate agents in the past, and a really rough go at using Foxton’s for our rental in Notting Hill, but Lucy Martin changed our impression entirely. She is everything you’d want an estate agent to be - on your team, remarkably quick, empathetic, and transparent about your offer. Without Lucy, we wouldn’t have been able to move into our absolute dream flat in Hampstead - she’s quite literally changed our lives. Highly recommend!

After the initial pitch to secure the contract to sell our property, the disparity between the description of their services and the reality of what they actually deliver, became almost immediately apparent.
The photographs of the property, the wording of the brochure and the main online advert, needed a great deal of input from me before I was satisfied with the outcome.
Feedback on viewings was very poor and needed chasing up.
We had an email, out of the blue, telling us that our property was being withdrawn. We were, of course, shocked. When we contacted them, we were told that it “ must have been an admin error .“
No clear explanation or apology was given.
When the 16 week contract came to an end, they failed to have it taken down from the portals until I informed them that it was still live, and that we had engaged another agent.
Very disappointing experience to say the least !!

Exceptional Service from Hamptons Caterham – Highly Recommend!
We recently purchased a property through Hamptons Caterham, and I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received, especially from Carrie. From the very start, she was a pleasure to deal with—professional yet real, striking that perfect balance of being approachable without trying too hard, which is something we really appreciated.
Throughout the process, Carrie was always incredibly responsive, replying to emails on the same day and making an effort to call back promptly if she was unavailable. She truly went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly for us, making the whole buying experience remarkably simple and stress-free.
What stood out most was that our conversations felt genuine. I wasn’t just dealing with an estate agent—Carrie’s approach felt much more personal, which made the entire experience so much more comfortable and enjoyable. Her professionalism, combined with a real personal touch, is what set Hamptons apart for us.
We would absolutely recommend Hamptons Caterham, and if you’re lucky enough to have Carrie handling your purchase, you’ll be in very good hands!

We can’t thank Hamptons in Dorking enough for selling our mother’s home. What should have been a straightforward sale was tricky with several twists and turns. Annie calmly guided us though several tough decisions based on experience and a feet on the ground, down to earth feel for the market. We’re very happy with the outcome as are our buyers.

The team at Hamptons were exceptional. We were guided through the process of selling our property and with the help of the team it could not have been smoother. The Hamptons team were incredibly professional, helpful and diligent as well as great to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend Hamptons to anyone looking to sell or buy a property in the area or beyond (the Hamptons network covers much of the UK).

I've worked with Kathy Carter at Hamptons in Weybridge twice in the past 4 years: one a successful sale and one not (sold via another channel). I find Kathy to be professional, straight forward and easy to work with. She is professional and experienced, she communicates well and works hard. I recommend her and Hamptons without reservation
