I contacted Hamptons Balham to help sell my property, and I did so because I worked there and remembered a great team. To my surprise, the newly formed team were only able to get me 4 viewings within the several months my property was online. Once I have given them notice and asked that the keys are dropped back to me whenever they had time, Davina was lovely and emailed her team to do just that. Tom who is the head of sales then sent a very rude email and said “they are not uber drivers or couriers” and that the new agent should come and collect them (even though I never said there was another agent). I would have also been happy to collect the keys if they emailed me nicely to say this is the process. Moral of the story, Tom is extremely rude and I would not recommend you trust him with selling your property - he was only nice at the beginning when he wanted my business. I have told him his email was rude and then sent yet another rude email - do what you will with this information but I would advise against using Hamptons as your agents.

We can’t thank Hamptons in Dorking enough for selling our mother’s home. What should have been a straightforward sale was tricky with several twists and turns. Annie calmly guided us though several tough decisions based on experience and a feet on the ground, down to earth feel for the market. We’re very happy with the outcome as are our buyers.

My letting agent, Lily Reynolds, was exceptional and proactive, and quick to arrange viewings for me. Her assistance was greatly appreciated, as she was always available to answer any queries, even on weekends.Of course, I must also mention the impeccable service of Hampton's team, who were beside me from start to finish. Lily and Laureen Walker with daily emails providing feedback have managed all the referencing, paperwork, and tenancy agreements smoothly, even chasing up details over the weekend to ensure a swift move-in date.Even after moving in date Anna Davies made herself available to answer any queries or issues I encountered with property for both the short and long term

Robert Hogg was extremely helpful and professional in getting my sale across the line. Very proactive and informative throughout the process, made more challenging for him as I live in Australia and everything was dealt with on a ‘full arms length’ basis !
