We were very impressed with the team at Hamptons Tunbridge Wells from the initial pitch by Deborah she demonstrated her extensive knowledge of the local market and the selling process.<br>The whole team were very impressive across Deborah, Steve, Chris and Carl (for some of the viewings). The star of the show however was Adam Jeddo who appeared to find the most number of interested buyers but then married this with a real energy and enthusiasm in all our interactions. Adam, for sure, always went the extra mile!<br>So a very good experience from initial contact to house sale completion.<br>Only reasons for not giving a fifth star was that the photo selection and advert posting processes were a bit "sticky" and there were a couple of occasions where we thought we should've been more engaged in the discussions/negotiations but otherwise an overall very positive experience and we would recommend Hamptons TWells to others based on our experience.

Filippo at Hamptons was really helpful and easy to deal with from the first enquiry through to move-in day, made moving to London from abroad much less stressful. The flat is amazing and I love it. Highly recommend!

I recently let a flat through Hamptons Chiswick. Overall, it was a very smooth experience and Sultan was always very responsive on WhatsApp and helped sort everything out.

We can’t thank Hamptons in Dorking enough for selling our mother’s home. What should have been a straightforward sale was tricky with several twists and turns. Annie calmly guided us though several tough decisions based on experience and a feet on the ground, down to earth feel for the market. We’re very happy with the outcome as are our buyers.

Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience with Hamptons Tower Bridge, particularly during the final few months of our tenancy.<br><br>After nearly four years as reliable tenants, I felt there was very little consideration for the fact that this was our home. Communication from Scott was often rude, abrasive and lacking in empathy, particularly when discussing a potential tenancy renewal.<br><br>The move-out process was equally disappointing. There was little guidance around checkout expectations, which I believe contributed to avoidable deductions from our deposit. We also received repeated requests for same-day property viewings, despite our tenancy agreement requiring 24 hours’ notice.<br><br>Moving home is already stressful and expensive, and I expected much better from an established lettings agency. Our landlord was always fair and reasonable, but unfortunately I cannot say the same for our experience with Hamptons.<br><br>I hope this feedback is taken seriously and helps improve the experience for future tenants. I certainly wouldn’t choose to use Hamptons again.
