If you are a student please do not use this estate agent they will offer you no support or protection at the end of tenancy. Despite being told and recommended that the reposit service would cover us by both the landlord and Jordan fishwick we received charges for cleaning of floors (£38) (they had been cleaned 3 x before leaving) evidence being an image of a dirty cloth, and cleaning of a drain which we were not asked about and the landlord carried out a month before the end tenancy. We disputed these with both parties of the which neither could justify via invoices which were requested multiple times. We also had issues with the landlord entering female tenants bedrooms while they were asleep and given no notice of a visit a complaint not being taken seriously as a violation of privacy and the tenant agreement we were told he should be aware of the rule already in response. I have complained to the university to hopefully prevent this happening to anyone else in the future as taking advantage of young students who don’t have much money is appalling from a so called respected estate agency.

I’ve found Jordan Fishwick to be really helpful during my search for a new flat.
Lewis from the Withington branch went above and beyond to show me their housing options and also discuss the local area, what it’s like living locally and where else to consider with my search. I initially believed I was in a greatly stressful situation trying to arrange my first property after university. However, to my pleasant surprise, liaising with Jordan Fishwick on this matter was smooth and effortless. I have to give a special thanks to Lewis - one of the letting agents there. I could tell he had a lot of time for me and really took care of all my issues quickly. He really seriously helped get my move over the line, when I’m sure he has lots of other cases he has to deal with but it felt like he had all day for me. Thanks again Lewis great guy.

Just would like to say a massive thank you to Jordan Fishwick Didsbury, my experience with them has been great, with fast communication and a supportive team during a difficult time of the year, with the demand of finding rented properties in such a competitive market. With this being my fourth rented property since moving to Manchester, it has been the best experience yet, there are no issues and the team are really helpful - I cannot recommend it enough. Also, in particular, thank you to Jordan Rutter who has been super supportive with the process, with instant responses between the landlord and myself, and making sure everything was done in time for the move in date.

JF Hale valued the property for marketing at £395k .I had an independent valuation by Jones Surveyors done at £430k high to £400k lowest.I instructed JF Hale to market at £430k and the property was sold within a week at £427,500.JF Hale would have cost me money had I not taken independent advice from Jones Surveyors.
