It's is never an easy process to sell a house, or in my case a flat, and without the work of Jordan Fishwick, and particularly their manager Andrew, this wouldn't have got over the line. Always courteous, very professional and a calm port in a storm.

Jordan Fishwick Didsbury sold two flats for me recently. I was very pleased with the advice they gave and their excellent communication. I was advised to delay putting one of the flats on the market till issues in a communal hallway were fixed. This was good advice. Once the property went on the market 5 or 6 appointments were made at 15 minute intervals which communicated to buyers that there was a lot of interest. I secured an over asking price deal within days of the flat going on to the market. I dealt mostly with Andrew and a few times with Richard who were knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend them.

Excellent service all round. Richard and the rest of the team did all our viewings and went the extra mile to help push through our sale. The house sale was completed within four months of going on the market. Communication was always extremely good and all the team responded rapidly to all requests.
