I recently sold my mums park home with Jordan Fishwick Wilmslow. It wasn't the easiest property to sell because of the lack of outdoor space but with the help of Richard, Lara, Ollie, and Theo we got there. I was given helpful advice at every stage and the team kept me regularly updated. The process was made that bit harder by the fact I live miles away. The team took charge of all the viewings and always called with the viewers feedback. When some unforseen repairs were required Richard was very helpful taking photos etc and I was able to organise a repair company without the need to be at the property. They are a helpful, friendly and professional team.

I recently sold a flat in West Didsbury and bought a house in Withington having Annie at Jordan Fishwick didsbury branch as my agent for both my sale and purchase.
Annie is such a personable friendly person who really guided me through the ups and downs of the whole process. I couldn't praise and recommend her enough. I was selling and buying alone so having an agent who really made me feel at ease through every step was so helpful and reassuring.
She responded to phone calls and emails promptly, reliably updating me with new info and took a real hands on approach corresponding with my buyers and sellers solicitors when needed.
If and when I consider selling my new house in the future Annie would be my first and only call. A very professional and genuinely lovely person.

My house was in an attractive area of West Manchester and attracted considerable interest, managed quickly and efficiently by my Jordan Fishwick agency. Unhappily, evidence of historic subsidence produced through an insurance claim made it a problematic sale.
Happily for me, my estate agency staff worked really hard to encourage would be purchasers with sufficient capital to deal with structural issues, and in a very short time clinched a sale and ensured that the sale was carried out swiftly .
I could not speak more highly of the Jordan Fishwick Agency's efforts, led by Mr Richard Jones, on my behalf, throughout a worrying period, and I would most unreservedly recommend them as an agency who will go the extra mile for you.
I might add that, prior to my decision to sell, Jordan Fishwick had over several years identified excellent and reliable tenants on my behalf.

NEEDED TO RENT AN APARTMENT.FOUND ONE IN PADFIELD,VIDEO WAS FORGOTTEN,EXCUSE,WE ARE HUMAN.
APPLICATION FORM COULDNT BE OPENED.FOUR DAYS LATER WE MANAGED TO FILL IN APPLICATION FORM,BUT TOO LATE LANDLORD HAD ALREADY FILLED THE APARTMENT.
WE THEN WERE DIVERTED TO AN APARTMENT AVAILABLE AT KINDERLEE.
ON MONDAY WE WERE APPROVED,PAID THE £230 HOLDING FEE,WITH
MOVE IN THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY,LUNCHTIME.
HAVING HEARD NOTHING BY 2PM ON THE FRIDAY,I RANG JORDAN FISHWICK FOR AN UPDATE?
WOOPS THE APARTMENT HAD MOLD IN AT LEAST TWO AREAS.AND ALTHOUGH FURNISHED,WE WERE INFORMED THAT THE TWO BEDS HAD NO MATTRESSES!!
FURTHERMORE,WE COULD NO LONGER MOVE IN THAT DAY,BUT WITH LUCK THE FOLLOWING MONDAY,AFTER CLEANING.
WE WERE ADVISED TO CHECK IN AGAIN AT THE TRAVELODGE(£70/NiGHT)
NOT WANTING THE ADDITIONAL COSTS,WE CANCELLED,AND RENTED SOMEWHERE ELSE.
10 DAYS LATER I STILL AWAIT THE REFUND OF THE £230 HOLDING FEE.
RUBBISH,AVOID,GO ELESWHERE!

JF Hale valued the property for marketing at £395k .I had an independent valuation by Jones Surveyors done at £430k high to £400k lowest.I instructed JF Hale to market at £430k and the property was sold within a week at £427,500.JF Hale would have cost me money had I not taken independent advice from Jones Surveyors.
