I recently have rented a property through Jordan Fishwick Didsbury and couldn’t have had a better experience!<br><br>Big shout out to Lewis who made everything so easy and seamless. He had constant and quick communication through out the process and made a usually stressful time an enjoyable one!

BEWARE!<br>Jordan Fishwick are a horrendous agent to rent from if you work late shifts and enjoy any modicum of reasonable sleep. Over the course of the last month(s), jordan fishwick has been carrying out incredibly disruptive rennovations and maintanence to flats inside of our building, which involve drilling, hammering and banging in the rooms directly above our bedrooms from as early as 8AM.<br><br>They are completely unwilling to compromise on the starting times of any of this noisy work so expect to be woken up regularly with no thought given to how it affects you. Also expect to be harangued to compromise yourself for viewings and inspections despite no care or thought towards you on their end.<br><br>Also likely expect communal corridors and staircases to be covered in random debris and plastic tarpaulin throughout the duration of any work they do, as was the case for us and our building<br><br>EDIT: To respsond to their laughable reply after being woken up by the construction for the 4th day in a row:<br><br>-Jordan Fishwick almost certainly have leave to negotiate with a landlord on behalf of the needs of their tenants but refuse to do so.<br><br>-The tarpaulin has done nothing to prevent the apparent staining of communal carpets (notice no mention of the miscellaneous debris all over the place)<br><br>-Notice the tone of their response as this is in line with the snarky and passive aggressive candour you can expect when reaching out to them for help.

I’ve been very happy with the service from Jordan Fishwick in managing the letting of my property. As a landlord, it’s really important to have an agent who is reliable, responsive and keeps you informed, and I’ve found that to be the case throughout.<br><br>Debbie and Jason have both been particularly helpful and professional. They are friendly, approachable and always happy to answer any questions or deal with any issues that arise. I feel confident knowing that my property is being looked after and that I can rely on them when I need help or advice.<br><br>The whole team has made the letting process straightforward and stress-free, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Jordan Fishwick to other landlords.

We stayed at a property managed by Jordan Fishwick for 2 years and it has been by far the best experience with any property management/landlord. A big thank you to Adam Mack for always being very responsive and helpful.

Having been in property owned by Martin Fishwick for 9 years we had been issued a section 21 as we were told the landlord was selling the property. This is absolutely fine and we were told a very long winded narrative about him down sizing his portfolio, etc, etc.<br><br>Well what a shock the property is now back on the rental market - with new carpets that we were promised 9 months ago.<br><br>Their entire team is a complete shambles with new rental documents allegedly issued - then when we did receive them frequent mistakes between covering letter and actual documents.<br><br>Our list of issues with the property were constantly ignored including windows unable to be opened for 5 years and 16 weeks of a hole in our roof so it rained into our bedroom. The issues were always detailed during our regular property inspection.<br><br>All in all would never recommend or suggest using such a horrific company.<br><br>Only good thing is we did get our deposit back however the exit report is clearly written in favour of Jordan Fishwick and bore little or no reflection to the photos that we took at both the beginning and end of our tenancy.
