Several months prior Richard Peck valued our property and offered very valuable advice.
When we came to buy and sell, we spoke a lot with Broghan who was very helpful and approachable. At challenging parts of the process, Richard Peck was so professional and always available to offer support.

Warning tenants! Jordan Fishwick does not honour the TDS scheme!
You will be told that your deposit will be held in the tenancy deposit scheme. However, if it does come down to a deposit dispute at the end of your tenancy, Jordan Fishwick will reject the TDS adjudication process, remove themselves from the process and pass it onto the landlord. The dispute will then be between you and the landlord. So, before signing a lease with JF, make sure you meet the landlord and are happy they would negotiate fairly/follow the law regarding your deposit. JF will wait until the very last possible minute with TDS before transferring all responsibility to the landlord at the last minute, and will not assist at all in the process.
In general, JF will side with the landlord on ALL matters, not the tenant. Be especially wary if the landlord has multiple properties with JF as then this is even more so the case. Be especially wary of Debbie in this regard.
If you sign a lease, ensure you check the move in report very thoroughly and amend it accordingly. On move out ensure you do your own pictures as evidence as JF are not bothered about scheduling a move out check. They may go in and give their own flippant comments to landlord without evidence of property condition.
Prospective tenants, please do not enter into a lease with JF lightly. They are not on your side.

Not happy at all with this agency, trying to put an offer in to buy a property, they required information and I provided all the information needed, and in the end even they didn’t call me to say my offer has been rejected, as sb else has offered much more than me, but when asked how much more was the other offer, he refused to tell me, shame on these people working here, and really doesn’t recommend to anyone buying or selling from this guys! It’s gonna be a “agency business “, everyone tries to tip the agents off to get a property today!

We sold our house with Jordan Fishwick in Wilmslow. It was listed mid July 2021. We hoped to be able to complete the sale before the end of the Stamp Duty Holiday. They came to value our house, listed it and within around 2 weeks we had an offer at just under full asking price. Any question I emailed about, Chris always got back to me within a couple of hours with the answer. The communication was brilliant, always clear meaning we knew where we stood in the process. On the rare occasion he didn't have the answer, it was quickly found out and relayed to me. With out a doubt Jordan Fishwick have provided the best Estate agent experience for us, to date. We would not hesitate to use them again.
To mention, we completed on Sept 27th!!! Great work all round.

If I could give -10 starts I would. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a lettings agent. And even though this review will probably not mean much to them, maybe if you are looking for a property and reading this, you should know not to go with these people. Initially I booked a property viewing, had 3 confirmation e-mails from an employee and rightmove. Showed up, waited for 30 minutes and nobody showed up. E-mailed the branch manager - no reply (useless guy). After 3 days got a reply from the guy who initially booked the viewing, saying that the landlord was there to show us the property according to her we were not there. I rang the apartment 3 times with it saying the line is busy every time. A person called Debbie, called me to ask if I want to go ahead with the property, i explained the situation and she didn't even say sorry (another completely useless person). I never even got to view the property that I wanted to view initially and basically did not want to give these people any money. They had shown nothing to deserve that. Overall, a useless team of incompetence.

Had very poor dealings with this estate agent. During a sale we were regularly contacted, in an aggressive manner, for information that had already been passed on. Got the impression they didn't talk to each other or know where anything was up to. The younger members of the team were actually quite pleasant, however Guy, the manager was abrasive, rude and a bully. We suspect he had an undeclared interest. He seemed incredulous that we would want to carry out proper checks on the property (ex rental) before making the purchase. Tried dictating move dates to us and rush us into an unsafe property with a faulty boiler that was emitting high levels of carbon monoxide. They withheld previous gas safety certificates from us despite us asking to see them. Their technician then sent us historical certificates which we believe was done by mistake. Turns out they had rented the property for a long time without a gas check, which is illegal and dangerous. I believe an estate agent is supposed to facilitate a sale and make sure everything goes to plan. However they did quite the opposite. We were forced to walk away due to the way we'd been treated. They literally had one job.
Would never go near Jordan Fishwick again and would advise others to do the same.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. THE LETTING MANAGER DEBBIE GOT THE PROPERTY RENTED ONLY BY MAKING FALSE PROMISES AND NOT ABIDING TO WHAT SHE PROMISED. I HAD WRITTEN CONFIRMATION ABOUT HER PROMISE SHE MADE AND LATER IN AN EMAIL SHE SAID TO FORGET ABOUT IT. NATHAN THE PROPERTY MANAGER NEVER HEARD OUR MAINTENANCE ISSUES AND RESULTED IN A MAJOR LEAK FROM THE BATHROOM GOING DOWN IN THE CEILING RESULTING IN DAMAGED KITCHEN CEILING PLASTER. IT TOOK THEM MORE THAN 6 MONTHS TO AGREE TO CARRY OUT WORKS TO FIX THE MAJOR DAMAGE ONLY TO REALISE THAT THEY SERVED US SECTION 20 NOTICE ONLY TO NOT CARRY WORKS AND JUST MISUSED THE SECTION 20 NOTICE. THE MAJOR LEAK WAS ONLY DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE. THE EPC COMPANY GUY THEY USE, FRAUDULENTLY DID THE EPC OF THE PROPERTY. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS. PLEASE BE AWARE AS THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS.

Jordan Fishwick pretend they are so professional but their selection of houses have premature landlords who have no professional experience. I have been ripped off by the estate agent paying above market value for a prime property. Every week i have issues with my property and Jordan Fishwick denied they knew about them and i had 'enough time' to inspect the property. There are many better agents in Cheshire and i wish i never used them.

All the staff at Jordan Fishwick have been amazing but a special mention must be made to Hannah Renshaw.
Hannah is the epitome of helpfulness, professionalism but above all, you can tell that she genuinely cares and always has the best interests of her clients at heart. Hannah has always remained calm under pressure, friendly and does what she says she will at all times.

They have no respect whatsoever for their tenants. They break the law, send threatening letters, try to get as much money as humanly possible out of people at every given opportunity and at times when this is not actually legal.
Their service itself is awful. They send documents full or errors or unfinished that cost vast amounts of money to the tenant. They will go into your property and send the backdated notification afterwards. They ignore all of your questions and attempts to contact them. Avoid at all cost, or get something in writing to prevent them from doing this to you at the time you choose to use this company.
Sad that they treat people so poorly and have no respect for their tenants.

In late 2017 after our house purchase exchange of contracts failed on the day of exchange we were in desperate straits to find a rental property that would take pets, as we had now sold and needed to buy time to find another property to buy. We had a matter of days to find a property. Annoyingly one has to contact agents individually and wait and see if they phone / e-mail back; agent by agent. We were advised to approach Jordan Fishwick in Wilmslow as no local agent had a rental property that allowed pets. Debbie and Stephen at Wilmslow Jordan Fishwick were quick off the mark and rapidly found us a property within 36 hours. They were highly efficient, pleasant, knowledgeable, wise and courteous. Particularly so given our dire straits we found ourselves in. As we were new to rental they patiently explained the ins and outs of the paperwork and organised all legalities etc. Thereafter when minor issues arose they were rapidly efficient with advice or how to contact the landlord, and were easily contactable. Jordan Fishwick lettings service Wilmslow is exemplary and we have no hesitation in recommending them, now our rental contract is finishing.

Absolutely rubbish! Took them almost a year to have things fixed I'm my flat when it's time to leave you get slammed with hidden fees. Stay away from this place and it's rude employees that treat you as someone less then them.

Visited Michelle the financial advisor who takes all the pressure off mortgage applications. My family have used her for a long time and will continue to do so. We travelled quite a distance to the office and after meeting with advisors locally it was worth the trip to see Michelle and sit with someone you can trust.. Amazing at her job very professional and a pleasure to use her.
