From initial contact to completion Paul, Will and James were most helpful in the sale of our property.
Discussing a realistic sale price for our property enabled us to consider what we could afford to purchase.
The final figure was within the range they discussed with us.
Viewings were quickly off the mark and after being let down by the initial buyer, we had another buyer within a couple of days of going back on sale.
Good communication, realistic pricing and good sales knowledge of the area meant that we were pleased to have asked JR Properties to sell our property.

Sadly our family home had to be sold due to bereavement. May last year was not ideal and the market just got more difficult as time went on. JR Ripley showed empathy , kept us updated with market trends and realistic providing market evidence so that we were in a position to make informed decisions. JR team were a pleasure to work with in very difficult times.

We started the ball rolling to buy a property engaged solicitors and paid them approx £500 up front...Paul who is the owners son went away for a week while we were getting our part sorted. When he came back he told us someone in the other office had sold the property to someone else and they were continuing negotiations with this other party. Paul was very rude to us and stormed out of the office while we were tryng to talk to him about the situation. I found him to be unprofessional and that is putting it mildly. Would never use them or recommend them
