Highly recommend Keith Ian as one of the best Estate Agents I have dealt with. Communication and professionalism was excellent, great response from start to finish. Was extremely impressed with the quality of the photographs for the Web, Jack did a brilliant job who really impressed us with his knowledge of what prospective buyers want to see. A super talented man who gave really great advice during his visit. My biggest shout out though is for Charlene who really kept me grounded through the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble for her, always responded to my numerous questions and was a fantastic support throughout. She has a wealth of knowledge with what seems like an endless list of contacts, though probably pretty standard practice, but for us, invaluable.
