Just sold a house with this family business.i have been very impressed by all family members, especially by the brilliant Jessica, cheerful and positive, I always had the impression that she was doing everything possible to sell for me. The business is highly competent in all areas from valuation to point of sale.
I recommend them to anyone with a property to sell, you will not be disappointed!!

Kerrie at Lex Allan in Stourbridge has been amazing from the start of my house sale she has followed me through the process and has been in touch every week with an update even if theres been no update
Although I havnt met met her face to face I feel I know her so well and she has had my back all the way I so sorry she is leaving and will not be with me at the end of my process but I wish her all the best a great asset to be lost at Lex Allan

Just want to say a missive thank you to Lisa at lex Allan, for organising their contract locksmith ( Alan ) .
I had a window handle that needed replacing on my downstairs bay window.
Alan's service was 5 star ,from booking me in , to the job he did , he was on time , did a fantastic job, and was friendly , even double checked his work once done .
5 star for Lisa at lex Allan & a 5 star for Alan the contract locksmith.
