Such a lovely team of people who kept me informed every step of the way with our new rented property. A huge thank you to Ebonie who got everything sorted for us and went the extra mile to make sure we could move in last minute on a Saturday!! Thank you guys! We love our new house :)

The original estimate was £180k. I moved to a modern auction on their recommendation with an asking price of £120k after no interest. There was not interest at £120k and currently I'm selling the property privately at £95k.

Very great and supportive experience, Gill was my agent and supported us on our side a lot. Especially in our, unique tricky situation she pulled it through.
Even with some hiccups and complications, she helped a lot figuring out alternative ways.
