Didn’t hear from them from May until November. We’re not made aware our designated agent had left. 1 viewing in 6 months but no discussion on plans, ideas or extra marketing.

Fantastic team in a very difficult market. They marketed the property very well & kept the viewings up & again in this market was not an easy task. They negotiated with our buyer & a good outcome was achieved.

Living in a rented Property 'managed' by linley and Simpson.
We have found ourselves without a working boiler for over a week, NO hot water, nothing.
Also a leak under the kitchen floor, which is flooding the place.
Our landlord has phoned, we phoned, I had the phone put down on me.
Result NOTHING. !!.

The original estimate was £180k. I moved to a modern auction on their recommendation with an asking price of £120k after no interest. There was not interest at £120k and currently I'm selling the property privately at £95k.

Didn’t ring us for weeks and when we complained they said that they only ring once a month but if we would like more then they would ring more???? Only got 1 viewing in 12 weeks. Just don’t push enough to get people through the door.
Moved to another agent and in the 2 weeks we’ve been with them we’ve got 7 viewings in 2 weeks and 1 second viewing. What a difference!!!

Alex our valuer was great. Knowledgable, friendly, approachable.
Poor rest of the service, not calling back when said would, misinforming us, confusing us with other clients, late response to emails and calls, not informing our buyer of changes immediately
