Currently a tenant with Linley & Simpson, washing machine stopped working so it was replaced with one that is making a lot of noise to the point of shaking the whole house down - this has been going on for over a year, initially they sent someone out after first installation of new machine who came and put plywood on the floor (No help, so i gave up and lived with it) however i have two young children 28 months and 7 months) who get disturbed quite a lot so recently reported to L&S and ive been fobbed off to be told to try and check/clean filter, check if worktop are secured?check other machine settings, bottom line is no machine should be shaking to this point. There are also pins of the carpet gripper edge strips that come through the carpet, this is obviously a hazard to young children who are just walking or crawling, for this i have been told “it looks like it can be tacked down, can you try this”.. there is mould on the outside wall near the window, nothing has been done about this either… i could go on and on with a few other things but it’s already long enough… you get the message, avoid!

After a kitchen fire destroying units and worktops with lots of smoke damage Linley and Simpson did everything they could to help in the process of rebuilding and sorting everything out for us Rachel urry was very helpful and we now have a lovely kitchen again thank you for all you have done regards Gary and Marriane

Our first contact with Linley & Simpson to let a property was with Hollie Landi. She was totally on our case from day 1 & kept us informed of each and every development! Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!

We are extremely impressed by the service received from Jake Aldridge of the Headingley branch. Received an appointment to view a flat very quickly and had confirmation that we were successful in securing the flat the next morning. Very efficient, excellent service, extremely friendly and helpful!
