Great assistance from Miller Town and Country. The Agent who met me, was early for the viewing which worked well as I was early too. There was no pressure from them at all and highlighted the very positive aspects of the property. However, it was not quite for me. Nonetheless, the Agents took details of my requirements and sent through further properties for me to consider.

This was mine and my husbands first time selling and buying a house. Miller were absolutely fantastic right from the get go. We particularly want to mention Amanda and Abi. Amanda came to our home address to value the property and informed us of the process of selling/buying. She also provided recommendations for a solicitor to assist in our sale, who were equally as brilliant. Abi was fantastic throughout. She handled the sale of our home and the subsequent buying of our next home. Her communication and attention to detail were second to none. We had regular email updates from Abi informing us of progress and she was always on hand to speak to us should we need it. We have recommended Miller Town & Country to a number of relatives and friends already and will certainly use them again.

Miller Town and Country were without doubt the best Estate agents I have worked with. (I have bought n sold ten houses since 1999. )what made me choose …. Mr Mathew Miller came to the property spent two hours talking things through..
His advise was factual and professional.. it was in My favour as the vendor as opposed to quick sale lowering price for a quick sale in the estate agents favour.
Mr Miller was diplomatic in guiding me to the right price for the current market.
For those who care to listen ..he knows his stuff!!!!
The team at Okehampton sadly …I couldn’t find a word better than excellent so that will have to do.
They always made time to contact me at their earliest opportunity . ..If they were out. No question or comments were ignored
always just right in their communication skills.
An absolute delight to work with such nice , diligent professionals.
But Luna the chocolate brown spaniel X helped to confirm my choice ????.
As they show you which are the best humans to work with.

Very nice estate agent, if that isn't an oxymoron. Listened to our needs and suggested other properties for us to view that fitted our criteria.

Excellent sales skills, helpful, co-operative and nothing is too much trouble. Our move progressed in line with our expectations. Great communication via Miller Town and Country and the vendor, any questions we raised were promptly dealt with. Abi is now a fully accredited member of The Dream Team. Thank you Abi.

At the same time she was kind and patient.
