This is the second time that we have used Moore and York estate agents to sell our property...our satisfaction with the company the first time around in 2016 led us to appoint them again in 2025 without seeking to appoint any of the competition.
All of their members of staff with whom we had contact with were truly magnificent in helping us to sell our bungalow....
this includes Terral,John,Nik,George,and Beth.
A word of advice to those wanting to sell their existing property in a reasonable time particularly if the funds from the sale of that property are needed to finance their next property purchase...
..................."BE PREPARED TO NEGOTIATE..!"
There is absolutely no point in putting your property on the market for it then to languish for weeks and months at a higher price that runs counter to any reasonable pricing advice that have previously been given to you by your appointed estate agent...." IF THE PRICE IS TOO HIGH FOR THE MARKET TO BEAR THEN IT WILL NOT SELL...PARTICULARLY IF YOU NEED THE FUNDS FROM THE SALE OF YOUR EXISTING PROPERTY TO FUND THE NEXT PROPERTY PURCHASE TO WHICH YOU HAVE ALREADY FALLEN IN LOVE WITH...YOU WILL BE THE ONE WHO WILL BE DISAPPOINTED .."

Everyone at Moore and York seems to be really helpful and very quick with responses on email or on the phone, however Natasha never seems to do anything, every time I email her regarding something someone else always replies as she clearly just doesn’t deal withit herself, every-time I call for her shes always out of the office or gone for the day, I would definitely recommend using Moore and York but would highly recommend not to contact Natasha and contact the others in the office.
