Matt and his colleagues helped us sell two houses; their cheerful attitude brought us through what could have been a very stressful time. There was always someone there to answer any queries. Everyone was very friendly but also very professional.

All the staff at Nicholas Estates were extremely supportive and encouraging as we worked through some difficult problems that arose with the selling of the bungalow. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would certainly recommend them.

Matt came to help us sell our home of 44years. We appreciated that the market is not good at the moment but he was extremely helpful. The sale was not without its problems (buyers chain) but we were kept informed of all aspects and it’s now all done to everyone’s satisfaction ????

Nicholas Estates recently sold our house for us. It was a long process, not without its problems, but we were kept informed of the situation at all times.
A great help for us was the maintenance support from Jamie Redbond as we had already moved out and needed a local eye on the property to ensure everything was in order.
Nicholas Estates work well as a team - from beginning to end. From Matt and Carl in preparing the house for showing. to Zoe in following up and as noted Jamie in keeping an eye on the property. We also had great drone video showing off the property.
So, a big thank you to everyone at Nicholas Estates for a job well done.
