Matt came to help us sell our home of 44years. We appreciated that the market is not good at the moment but he was extremely helpful. The sale was not without its problems (buyers chain) but we were kept informed of all aspects and it’s now all done to everyone’s satisfaction ????

Nicholas Estates recently sold our house for us. It was a long process, not without its problems, but we were kept informed of the situation at all times.
A great help for us was the maintenance support from Jamie Redbond as we had already moved out and needed a local eye on the property to ensure everything was in order.
Nicholas Estates work well as a team - from beginning to end. From Matt and Carl in preparing the house for showing. to Zoe in following up and as noted Jamie in keeping an eye on the property. We also had great drone video showing off the property.
So, a big thank you to everyone at Nicholas Estates for a job well done.

Matt and the team were fantastic throughout the process of selling my house, I had hiccups with the one I was buying and they were understanding and helpful at explaining to my buyer. Zoe was fantastic at comms throughout the lengthy process and so great to have a dedicated person to that role, would highly recommend them.
