Lack of comms, 2 weeks without the sale memo getting to my conveyancer, due to wrong email, no return calls when we call and request them.

We found from the moment we had contact with Oakmans every member of staff have been absolutely delightful. I had many questions but these were covered without me having to go through them. Their ethos seems exactly in line with what we wanted. As Tom said ‘they didn’t reinvent the wheel they make sure the wheel works’!

Overall a positive experience so far.
Photography amazing, however no board was put up for more footfall prospects.
No valuation requirements due to circumstance's.
Communication has been good however you speak to many different people rather than one person dealing with your sale.
Sale has been quick, viewings efficiently managed, and feedback on viewings always communicated.
