Booked in for my house to be valued only to be waiting for no reason, left work early to work around them and they couldn’t even show up. Clearly very unorganised within the office, makes sense when their business model is get as many staff on minimum wage to lower their selling fees ????????????

Trina from Oakmans was exceptional throughout my recent purchase. She was my 'go-to' person whenever the process slowed down. She was far more responsive than the legal teams and was always happy to jump in and push the solicitors to ensure we hit our deadlines. Very helpful, professional, and prompt. 5-star service!

We are at the beginning of our journey, but so far oakmans have been great! We had a great valuation meeting with Ellie who made you feel at ease throughout. Ellie and the team were helpful with getting our house on the market as quickly as possible which is what we wanted. We have now successfully had an offer after only 5 days on the market. Jai has kept contact with us throughout the viewings and with any questions we might have had have always been answered promptly.
