Chris has shown me around the same property on two occasions, he is very personable as well as professional. He answered all of my questions, neither viewing was at all rushed and I found him extremely helpful.

We recently sold our property through Oakman, and we're very pleased with the service we received throughout the whole process.<br><br>From accepting the offer in June to finally completing in October, the team has been very helpful, responsive and professional.<br><br>Selling a property is never completely straightforward, especially when there is a chain involved. We really appreciated the team's efforts in keeping everyone updated, chasing progress and helping to move things forward whenever issues came up.<br><br>Communication was always important to us, and we felt the team genuinely cared about getting the sale across the finish line.<br><br>A big thank you to everyone at Oakman for helping us successfully complete our sale! We would happily recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

Great experience with a viewing. Got in a viewing within 24 hours. Even had someone from the office call to say that the agent would be 3 minutes late - im always late so thought this was great service. Although the person Amber was still on time anyway.<br>They were polite and knowledgeable and showed us around with confidence. They even knew the area and potential development locally. The only comment I could make for improvement would be having a direct number to call the agent afterwards to make an offer as it was all QR and digital, which can be difficult for elderly people who like to speak to someone. The office simply directed us to the QR code (but it was almost 5pm so I dont blame them). Would definitely recommend. Cabt speak for rest of process but my family member was really happy and excited for it all to progress. Thanks so much.

Redditch Branch- what a fab experience, from<br>Listing with Ellie, selling with Jai and the team right through to completion with after sales handled by Ella the team was exceptional! Thanks so much! Watsapp for easy contact, the marketing of the house was superb. Really cannot complain.

Tom was a really nice guy. His team booking in viewings were really poor. They would book in viewings without even liaising with us which meant bookings got cancelled and prospective buyers annoyed and frustrated.
Removed from market with Oakmans due to the amount of viewings we have was very small. Never received feedback after viewings.

Valuation was too high and we went ahead with it thinking we will get the best value but after 8 weeks we took matters into our our hand and reduced the price by 10% . A huge drop but the property was empty and we needed to sell it . You need to do a bit if research yourself before finalising the estate agent .
