Just sold our house with oakmans and i am super happy with the process. It was all so smooth. From laura doing the valuation to Beth calling and chasing people for me. Honestly all the staff we dealt with were always so nice and bubbly, definitely recommend.

Great experience with Oakmans Northfield working with Laura Mallon in pre-sale and Trina O'Neil in sales progression. Very responsive throughout. Very accommodating and honest guidance during pre-sale and very proactive in sales progression. This overcame difficulties in both phases that were not of our making. Very competitively priced and good understanding of the local market.

I can't speak highly enough of the service we have received from Oakmans when selling my late father's house. From the first meeting to discuss the valuation of the property with Laura to completion date, Oakmans have been nothing but professional throughout with customers at the heart of everything they do. We have been dealing with Laura, Charlee and Trina and they have been so helpful and the communication has been outstanding. I'm particularly grateful for Trina who has been just amazing with responding to my constant emails and keeping me updated. Would highly recommend using Oakmans to sell your house.

The best estate agents in the business, had me sold within a week which eventually fell through but then had me resold within another week! Always there to help and advise and chased my sale and purchase until it all went through, I really can’t recommend these enough! Laura was brilliant throughout and Bethany also!

I cannot praise the people who work for Oakmans Northfield enough. What a team! They kept me updated on all viewings immediately afterwards, they also attended every viewing too. The team they sent to photograph the house and grounds were astounding, from the aerial drone video of the house to the impeccable way they photographed the interior paying attention to the detail. I would heartily recommend this estate agents over any of the many I have used over my forty years of home ownership. Thank you so much.

Myself and my partner viewed a house with Katie and we could not ask for a better agent to show us round. She knew the house inside out and was prepared with all the relevant paperwork to give to us.
