Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Oakman’s to anyone. They gave great service from start to finish. Laura did the first visit to value and went through everything without being pushy. The photos were top notch taken by a friendly and efficient professional. Once offer accepted, Lesley worked tirelessly throughout the process to make sure that completion was achieved in time to meet the new build developers deadline. A+ service at a competitive price.

Katie, Lesley and Amanda, we're amazing from day one. They were supportive, engaging, proactive and working to get everything done as fast as possible. They were thoughtful, caring and lovely to work with. Katie, Lesley and Amanda made what was at times, not an easy process to go through, manageable and personable. Even going as far as dropping off the keys due to distance and time restraints. Thank you for being professional, but more than that kind.

We completed on our house sale on Friday with Oakmans and we couldn't ask for a better agent! We had our house on the market for 4 months with another local agent and switched agents to Oakmans after a bad experience. Oakmans got our house sold in 2 weeks for over the asking price with thanks to Laura and Charlee for their hard work and dedication. The communication throughout was impeccable with the after sales team giving us regular updates throughout. We cannot thank Oakmans enough. Had a rough experience being a buyer as the vendor took the personal route to try and send my partner abuse for us pulling away from a bad sale. Oakmans were very apologetic and were ashamed of their customer doing that but we still felt at the time the agent was rude to us and described us as unreasonable. Glad we moved on and found another home with another company in the end.

From initial contact in January 2024 to completion in July 2024 Oakmans team approach has been exemplary - realistic valuation, professional vidio of the property, spot on coverage and information about viewers, helpful reccomendations for support contacts for epc energy rating, boiler citificate, house clearance and above all dilgent follow up with the purchasers and solicitors.
