So happy to share my experience with Samantha and Lois from the lettings team at the Bury branch. I’ve been a tenant of this branch for many years, and they have always been on hand to help me with anything. However, after moving properties as of recent, I cannot express my gratitude enough for how they both went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and stress free move in process.
Samantha is extremely knowledgeable and explained each part of the process clearly. She answered all of my many questions, and guided me through everything with patience and kindness.
Lois’ responsiveness and efficiency has been so appreciated, she has dropped things to help me last minute and has just made what could have been a daunting process a lot easier for me.
Both of these girls have made me feel comfortable and so so supported and their combined efforts, professionalism and genuine care has made my move so much more enjoyable. I am incredibly grateful for their support and highly recommend them for their outstanding service.

Very bad agency. They make an appointment to see the house and on the day of the viewing they send an email

From start to finish the lettings team I.e. Charlotte, Lois, and Samantha have been exceptional. So, helpful, polite, and friendly. I have struggled with other letting agents with their blasé attitude, trying to get a viewing without having to give your personal/ financial details first, keeping you informed and costs, etc. I would highly recommend these guys as they were none of the above, and I will definitely use them again in the future. Keep up the good work, girls, and thank you for all your help with my tenancy ???????? x

I rented the property I currently live in through Pearson Ferrier Radcliffe. They were the only people who cared about my situation and wanted to help me during the property search phase. Awful solicitors especially when it comes to money that is owed to you. Dealt with Nasar recently and he was rude and obnoxious. Would not let us talk and was also claiming he does not know what clients we have with him. How does a person who is down as a director not know what is going on in his firm? If I could give 0 stars trust me I would. Would not recommend these people at all.
