Had a great experience buying a flat via Pearson Ferrier. Dealt mostly with Harley who was very approachable, responsive and accommodating of any requests. Would not hesitate to buy from them again in the future.

Turned up for a booked viewing and stood there waiting for an apartment that apparently didn’t even exist anymore. When I called, they casually told me it was taken yesterday meaning they let me travel, show up, and waste my time for absolutely nothing. No call. No email. No basic courtesy.<br>If this is their idea of “service,” I’d hate to see their idea of chaos. Avoid unless you enjoy being treated like an afterthought.
