Communication was poor after accepting an offer. I understand that they guy I was dealing with was away dealing with urgent family matters but the guy left in the office kept me wondering if a house sale was going through or not.
The estate agent had a conflict of interest as he’s now the project manager of the house that I sold.
Overall it was a stressful time and I am glad I do not want to move house.

I have been very pleased with the hospitality and splendid service at Pearson Cheethamhill. The staff have been wonderful to deal with, always kept myself updated throughout the whole process putting customer relations and quality first. I would like to especially thank Zac and Georgia, very professional and efficient. Will use Pearson again.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism, and communication was always clear, prompt, and reassuring.
Matthew went above and beyond to make sure my house sale went through smoothly, keeping me informed every step of the way and providing real peace of mind during what can often be a stressful process. Whenever anything came up, he was quick to offer guidance and even recommended reliable tradespeople when needed, which made a huge difference.
Thanks to him and his fantastic team, the whole experience felt far less stressful and much more manageable than I ever expected. They were an absolute pleasure to work with, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again in the future. Highly recommended!

Matthew was very quick to answer any queries I had, friendly and professional, I have previously dealt with Matthew on a house sale a couple of years ago and now a new house purchase. I’d have no hesitation in dealing with him again in the future.
