We have had great support from Matthew and his team during our house sale. Good guidance and advice from day one on all aspects of the sale. All communications have been very clear. It is clear Matthew has great local knowledge and expertise. In fact he sold our house to us over 19 years ago. Very professional and friendly service. Thanks also to Harley who carried out viewings and has been in constant contact. Highly recommended!

All the team at Pearson Ferrier have been a pleasure to deal with, any queries have been dealt with promptly and the staff have been very polite, considerate and understanding of our situation, being temporary tenants following a fire at our own home. Very happy with the service overall.

Having used Pearson Ferrier for the last 8 years on the lettings side, when the time came to sell they were the obvious choice. From the advice from Adam in the run up to putting the property on the market, to the management of the sale from Matthew and the team, they were exceptional. I have dealt with Pearson Ferrier for several years and all staff are exceptional in what they do, whether it be letting or selling. They return calls and deal with queries or concerns immediately. Lois and Samantha have been brilliant throughout, but recently I have crossed paths with Simon also. Simon is brilliant. He is extremely patient and answers all questions clearly. Simon especially has achieved results where others had previously failed. Thank you so much for your ongoing assistance.

I have been very pleased with the hospitality and splendid service at Pearson Cheethamhill. The staff have been wonderful to deal with, always kept myself updated throughout the whole process putting customer relations and quality first.
