I have been in the same house for around 2.5 years, pearson ferrier always provide support and repairs without hesitation, and have even worked with united utilities to fix a water leakage in the kitchen. They covered all cost including hotel and parking during the repair (when I have to move out temporarily) and replaced the dinning room carpet.
I would say they are a reliable letting agency and can always provide quick and positive support, highly recommend them if you can looking for a rental property in the area.

I have been in the same property for the past 4 nearly 5 years and I cannot thank Pearson Ferrier enough for all their help during my tenancy. If ever we had an issue, they were on it straight away and were in constant communication with me throughout. Ending my tenancy was simple and easy with a checklist provided of what I had to do to ensure the release of my deposit which I found really useful. Perason Ferrier were the agents advertising a flat for sale which we went on to buy as a buy to let. Not only were they amazing throughout the purchase, they then went on to find us a tenant before we had even completed. They arranged painting of the flat and electrical repairs and other small works pretty much immediately and had the lovely new tenant in withing 3 weeks of completion. A special thanks to Charlotte who answered emails the same day and organised everything to do with the letting. I cannot recommend her and the company enough! Top job!!!

Adam and Veronique are a credit to the company.
When I was looking for a property after being served notice, Veronique was beyond helpful. I have a dog and she was able to help me the secure the property I wanted and have my dog in the tenancy agreement. I don’t know what we would have done without Veronique as it is so hard to rent with a dog.
On leaving the property, Adam was amazing as well. We were served notice, as the landlord wanted to sell the house. Adam was really helpful with the leaving process.
I can only wish all estate agents were as friendly, kind and professional as the staff here.

Avoid. Highly unresponsive, blunt and often rude staff throughout 18 month tenancy - problems such as alarms going off during the night in apartments, no bins for 2 months, belongings stolen from the carpark, CCTV doesn't work or landlord can't be bothered to check only when it suits him, carpark gate doesn't work and told it's tenants job to close it manually to protect their cars, had to go to office numerous times to get an answer for anything, bins overflowing with rubbish but told it's tenants problem not the fact the bins were too small for 6 apartments, no blinds in the apartment for two months upon moving in, underfloor heating worked as and when it wanted and when it is working super expensive as some tenants we spoke to paying over 300£ a month for electric and having to keep it off leaving the apartments freezing most of the year, fluit flies infestation in the summer because of overflowing bins, leaking ceiling in bedroom brushed off and told waiting for landlord - never fixed after over a year. Landlord at Red Cliffe Apartments tries as hard as possible to squeeze money out of people once tenancy ends for cleaning and "damage". All in all if you're looking for good customer service and people who care about tenants - keep looking because you won't find it with this agency as long as the rent is paid the landlord and staff are happy doing erm well nothing.

We sold our house through Pearson Ferrier Radcliffe. From the initial valuation all the way through the sale process to completion, Matthew and the Pearson Ferrier team were great. Once the valuation took place, Matthew took some fantastic images and a video of the property and it was then immediately up for sale. We had regular contact and updates from viewings and they were always available if we had any questions. It couldn't have been easy to sell a house during lock down but we were on a tight time frame due to a relocation and this was met. We were very happy with the service and professionalism given and highly recommend.

Myself and my partner decided to rent a property through Pearson Ferrier Radcliffe in October 2017. Upon viewing the premises we noticed that the garden was not in a great state and queried this. We were advised by the estate agents and the landlord that work would be carried out upon the garden but given the time of year, it would be in Spring 2018, to which we accepted.
Fast forward to spring 2018, we contacted Pearson Ferrier to query what was happening with the garden as we had heard nothing, they told us they would contact the landlord and get back to us. We never heard anything further regarding the garden.
We even had a long period with Pearson Ferrier where we were paying the rent on a monthly basis, but not under any contract because none of them could be bothered to contact us to renew the 6/12 month contract. In the inspections they carried out we advised them that we were still very unhappy with the garden and they took pictures and advised they would discuss this with the landlord. We still heard nothing.
We have now vacated the premises nearly 3 years later and still nothing was done about it. It has taken them nearly 3 weeks to advise on our deposit and any deductions they would like to make, which we are now in dispute over as they are being very unreasonable.
Overall I would never recommend this estate agents to any of my contacts, they were very unprofessional and incredibly unresponsive; even sometimes rude. Please avoid renting with Pearson Ferrier Radcliffe.

I can honestly say that from the very first moment that Pearson Ferrier, specifically Matthew, took over the sale of my house, things have been handled extremely professionally. They managed to find a buyer, within a very short space of time, which was great. Between then and the completion, I have to say it was probably the most complicated chain that anyone has ever experienced. At every possible opportunity, Matthew did everything he could to make sure the deal continued, working outside of office hours and during holidays to support me. I personally, after this experience, would never move again, ha! We spoke to two companies when deciding who to sell the house with and I'm really glad we went with Matthew and his team at Pearson Ferrier. The process hasn't been smooth sailing, (nothing to do with Pearson Ferrier) but for every bump, Matthew has been at the end of the phone or email with advice and reassurance. Our house is probably only small fry compared to some larger properties in the area, but at no point did I feel like we were getting a reduced service. Veronique has been equally helpful in arranging viewings and booking surveyors in etc and the fact they handle the viewings for you has been a huge help. Would recommend and use again if we ever move again (Which we won't hopefully because it's so blooming stressful!)

Great service - Cannot fault at all. We made the wrong choice with estate agency initially in picking Cardwells - not sold for 15 months!! After a conversation with the office and deciding to go with Pearson Ferrier, they brought in 1 viewer and sold immediately!! Kept me informed and helped us throughout the process.

Frankly speaking, Pearson is the worst letting agency in this country. I would advise anyone not to rent or buy their flats or houses. Their staff are highly incompetent and rude. They are nothing but time wasters and bunch of idiots.

**AVOID** Mathew, apparently Radcliffe office, showS up 35 min late, knocks on the door and tried to walk in without introducing himself nor waiting to be invited. I had another estate agent
(a real gentlemen from Right Move, highly recommend them instead)
so tried to explain i've someone else here.
Mathew gave me a mouth full! Real attitude problem.

Telling me I should answer my phone (I run 2 businesses and don't answer random numbers) - A REAL RUDE, ARROGANT, ENTITLED guy.
You can tell he has zero interest in service, striving to ensure the customer gets the best, he's there for a quick buck.
Let's say, the gentleman from Right Move who was in ear shot, was STUNNED!
AVOID MATHER, Pearson Ferrier. Instead, speak to Right Move, and absolute pleasure.

Absolutely brilliant, 2 weeks from start to sold. Overseen by Matthew Fairclough, one of the directors, due to initial teething problems from another branch but very quickly and professionally sorted.
Solid service from a great team who are extremely knowledgeable and know there business and know how to communicate and keep you up to speed with every aspect of the process. Great support and sound advice from start to finish.
Stressful? not at all, a stress free experience throughout with some great negotiation to get us the price we needed. He told us he could sell our house quickly and he did and got the price spot on.
I can't recommend them highly enough. 5 star service.

Not the best of estate agents !!
When selling a house for someone your working for them not the other way round, took nearly 7 month for my house to complete sale, hardly ever had any updates of the progress not much contact was made to me from this company .. Pretty sloppy to say the least I felt that the person at this branch was working more for the buyer and not me as the (seller) always coming back with bad news and dropping the price three times !! But still got his cut of £1,500.00 plus VAT of an extra £300.00 for basically doing NOTHING ..
I don't recommend this company at all i would look at looking else where if your wanting to sell a house quickly and efficiently. ????And I couldn't agree more to the review left below from Danny the same guy dealt with my sale .. Horrible attitude !!

I wouldn't normally waste my time doing this but due to the absolutely shocking customer service I received by Matthew Fairclough, who by the way is a director, I feel it is necessary. He has got a terrible attitude his social skills are none existent and I do believe he is a liar!
