P&F have been the letting agents for my flat in Ramsbottom for over 10 years. Caroline and the team are very professional and friendly and dealt with problems swiftly and efficiently as they arise. They found very suitable tenants quickly so the flat was never without a tenant for more than a week or two. More recently I sold the flat through Tom & Nyreen. Tom found a buyer within 2 weeks and Nyreen very efficient and diligently dealt with all party's solicitors and complexities of third party lease extension in the mix. Excellent service! Everybody I dealt with was very friendly, helpful and professional. Julian came to value our house quickly, and it was on the market within a couple of days. I mainly dealt with Nyreen, and she was superb; always very helpful, calm and reassuring.
