Recently bought a property through Symon. As a first time buyer this can be a daunting task but Symon and Chris made it pretty straightforward, were quick to respond to any questions and very helpful at organising subsequent viewings etc! Also super easy to get in contact with them - very responsive to phone calls / emails. Thank you ??

I cannot recommend Symon highly enough! ????????????<br><br>Selling my house turned out to be far more complex and stressful than I had ever anticipated. Early on in the process, Pearson Keehan recognised that the sale required a different approach and appointed Symon to take over. Looking back, I genuinely don't think this sale would have reached exchange without him.<br><br>From day one, Symon was exceptional. He was always available to offer advice, provide updates, chase outstanding matters and keep everyone moving in the right direction. We communicated by phone, email and WhatsApp, and throughout the entire process I always felt supported. It never felt like I was just another client – Symon genuinely cared about helping me get through what was, at times, an incredibly challenging transaction.<br><br>What impressed me most was his empathy, patience and professionalism. He understood how stressful the process had become and always took the time to explain things, reassure me and find solutions. Even during his time off, he remained approachable whenever something urgent arose, which demonstrates an outstanding level of commitment to his clients.<br><br>Symon also did an incredible job balancing the interests of both myself as the seller and the buyers. He remained fair, calm and professional throughout, helping to keep the transaction progressing when it could easily have fallen apart. His communication skills and ability to manage expectations on both sides are second to none.<br><br>Having dealt with many estate agents over the years, I can honestly say Symon stands out from the rest. He is a real credit to Pearson Keehan, and I sincerely hope his hard work, dedication and professionalism are recognised. Just wanted to share how great an experience we had with Pearson Keehan and Symon… a massive massive help throughout the process from start to finish, we had extremely tight timelines and Symon’s communication and flexibility made things a lot easier - couldn’t recommend him highly enough!

Couldn't recommend using Person and Keehan more. James did a great job at managing a successful complex sale and has a wonderful combination of being professional and personable. Karina was also excellent at selling the property. Very responsive and organised. Everything you want in a person selling your home.
