Found Regal to be very helpful, informative and always great with communication. I would say the only issue we had is that I made it very clear before putting our property up for sale that we needed to sell it for a certain amount in order to purchase the house we wanted. Within a few weeks of it being up for sale it was suggested to change the price in the hope of more viewings, but would ultimately mean offers of a lesser value which wouldn't be enough for us. I do believe they did all they could to try and sell our property, but unfortunately we didn't have any offers and feedback from viewings suggested that we would not get the value we needed to move on to a bigger property and do we took it off the market.... This is the WORST estate agency that i have ever dealt with; rude, unprofessional, prejudiced against people of colour, vindictive and most shocking of all these are the most dishonest managers i have met. at the end of my tenancy they tried to STEAL my deposit using inflated charges and i had to fight back through the TDS adjudicator; who embarassed them by highlighting that they were trying to end up in a better position through their charges. Avoid by all means, and if already with them, resist their attempts to steal your deposit.... Read more
