I have been really pleased with the advice received. From the initial valuation together with the ongoing support once my property was sold, through to them liaising with my solicitors and the estate agents from who I am purchasing my next property.
Fees are always a bit of a contender when selling ..but you get what you pay for and they have definitely proved they are worth it with there helpfulness and professionalism.

From the initial meeting with Sam looking to market the property and his guidance as to a realistic valuation which helped sell it quickly, to marketing the photos which were great and Ellie sending various documents keeping me updated and Jo who deals with the agreements etc. once sale agreed.
Excellent and professional all round would definitely recommend using their services.
