We sold a leasehold property on the Marina and Meg was our contact at Woods Estate Agents. We were very well advised by Meg to use a solicitor which had a very good reputation when dealing with leasehold properties, whilst other solicitors will not take on this type of property. Also with Meg's negotiating skills we managed to secure a good market price for the flat, so we were very pleased, especially when considering the negatives associated with flats at the moment.
