10th Feb 2025 (9 mo. ago)Shocking .....the admin staff are officious rude and insulting... they hide in the bushes with cameras policing a shared car park like vipers... but this sort of behaviours may be needed in your defthe court room. ???? personally I would use another firm.

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in
17th Jul 2025 (17 weeks ago)Disappointed in this Estate agents know feed back or return calls ,especially when I was recommended to use a local surveyor to look at a barn ,And highlighted lots of problems with the property, But still believed the barn came with a premium price.And after trying to make contact with the owner through the agents 'To highlight that if the owner could find a local company and get some quotes ???? I would be happy to proceed. So I've wasted a survey and solicitors fees, On a company that not only put the property back on the market, But hasn't even the responsibility of a response by email. Especially on a once in a lifetime property and a area that feels like home.
9th Nov 2020 (5 years ago)Nicol & Co delivered a fantastic service from start to finish. The channel of communication remained open from the moment we had our property valued by Robin to when we collected the keys at completion. They allowed us to view properties that were on their books but were not yet on the market and it was one of these that we are now lucky enough to call our home. It was actually Matt Nicol who was in the hot seat when we sold our house and it came as a result of him following up with previously interested parties after we decided to drop out asking price slightly. Once at the stage of completing legal documentation Nicol & Co sent an employee to our house to ensure it was done correctly, thus avoiding any delays further down the line. This was an unexpected bonus that was hugely appreciated. The sales progression team were exceptionally helpful and Odette was able to guide us through answering the inquiries we received from our purchasers and Coral ensured the solicitors were working towards the timeline we had requested. Nicol & Co were there to guide us at every step of the process and I would certainly recommend them to friends and family.

13th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)The company was a waste of my time , my property was on thr market for 12mths , had one view from Nick , I took my property off the market and was hounded for the a fee 9f £200 + VAT He took photos of my property on his phone didn't do my property justice Will not be recommending him to family or friends 2024

14th Jul 2025 (17 weeks ago)Communication is non-existent unless you're the one doing all the chasing. They’re quick to talk but painfully slow to act. If you're looking for professionalism, reliability, or even basic courtesy — look elsewhere. Avoid at all costs.
