0 stars if I could, we recently bought a house under Sterling Homes and had the worst stressful experience ever. Not once was we considered throughout the whole buying process, communication was 0, even the solicitors involved told us to not deal comms with Sterling Homes as they are confusing matters, if we didn’t love the house we would’ve pulled out due to the on going lies and attitude of the staff. Even told us ‘key is under mat’ when we were due to pick up the key. I know they don’t work for the buyer but I would never want Sterling Homes to sell my home in the future.

For the purchase of my first house, Sterling Homes couldn’t have made things smoother, particularly Taz. She’s got a wonderful energy, was a joy to communicate with and just made the whole process easy and straightforward.
