The good - They got us a good price and sold fast.
The bad - They are terrible at communication and as a result we wasted two months and had to find a new buyer. In the end we basically managed the sale ourselves.
Final verdict - King homes could learn a lot from AP Morgan… they need a reliable progressions team and they need to understand the sale is just the start. I would be unlikely to use again as they are. It’s a shame, I think they have a really good brand but I’m left feeling they didn’t really care about the sale once they got us a buyer.

We are so happy with everything kings homes have done so far. James was really friendly and helped me through the start of the process of selling our home. James was quick to reply to phone calls and messages to make sure everything was perfect. We can’t fault Edward either who took some amazing photos of our home. Once the photos were done our house was on the market within 10 hours! I would definitely recommend king homes to everyone that needs to sell their house.

Absolutely fantastic company. Brittany and Rita are so great, very knowledgable and keep you updated every step of the way. Brittany is a fountain of knowledge and gives brilliant advice, always answers calls, texts and emails immediately. Rita is always so cheerful and upbeat. Unfortunately I couldn’t go ahead with my purchase as my buyer pulled out, but if I ever have to put my house in the market, I wouldn’t hesitate to choose them. 10/10.

We have received a quality service from King homes. We are currently in the process of buying a second property through King homes (the first one we had to pull out of the first sale). We originally registered an interest when we started our house buying journey, and both times we were called about the properties before they went live online, which is fabulous as we live in an area where buyers definatly outweigh houses. We have been dealing with Brittany through our purchase, she's been amazing and very professional. She responds quickly to emails and keeps us informed of how the rest of our chain is going. Looking forward to completing on our first family home with King Homes very soon!

Awful estate agent after doing my application filling it all out correctly and them asking for more Info which I gave they went behind my back and took application off another person who offered to pay 3 months rent upfront they never once asked me to do the same whicwwould of they didn't no I knew the landlord all this time and they lied to me over email never once phoned me useless agents. They was rude in emails asking me to hurry up wit replying also. Never again. James Dunford was the one emailing me. I pretty sure it's up to you landlord who has the property and not you and should you of took another application when mine was going through why keep asking for info on the Friday if you took deposit of somebody else. Useless wasted my time

My previous experience of estate agents has not been good, King Homes changed all that! Communication was excellent throughout the process and the team - especially Aaran were fantastic. They sold my house for the full asking price within 4 weeks, the property had been for sale with some very well know agencies for approaching 6 months. The marketing was exceptional and this combined with a very professional team made all the difference. By chance I met the buyers and they too were very impressed by the team at King Homes.
Do not bother with the rest go straight to King Homes!

We had a property to sell which we needed to off load quickly in order to purchase our new home. King Homes are a new estate agent and we didn’t know much about them. They said they’d sell the property within six weeks so we decided to give them a go. The property went up on the market on the Wednesday morning and we had a call on the next day saying the property had sold for the asking price.
They sold the property in less than 24 hours. Amazing. I highly recommend King Homes and Arran and James especially.
