30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)This is the first estate agent I have ever rented with that I would actively and enthusiastically recommend to other people. At every stage the team have been both professional and personable. Over the 3 years I rented my flat, I found myself pleasantly surprised many a time by handling situations with care for myself and my partner as well as their responsibilities in managing the flat on behalf of our late landlord.<br>I feel like it shouldn't be so rare to find such a genuinely excellent all-round agency like this. Regardless, I can promise you this unicorn is real!<br>Many thanks to Charlotte who handled our end of tenancy inspection expertly and with a couple shared laughs.

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

Buying your first home can feel daunting, but Stephen was always at the end of the phone/email for any queries or concerns. A special mention has to go to Jamie, who was incredible throughout the entire process. His knowledge, advice, and reassurance gave us the confidence to hold out for a higher offer on our property, which ultimately proved to be the right decision. His communication and support made the whole process much less stressful. Would highly recommend.
16th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)I dealt with Arden's Redditch branch, and specifically their after-sales team (Katie), from both sides of a transaction — as a buyer, and separately as the seller acting for my late mother's estate — and the same pattern showed up both times.<br>As the buyer, I received repeated calls from the after-sales team pushing pressure about the seller potentially remarketing the property, at a time when the actual delays were entirely on the solicitors' side and had nothing to do with anything either party could control. Chasing the client with remarketing threats doesn't fix a solicitor's hold-up — it just adds stress to someone who's already waiting on other people to do their jobs.<br>As the seller on the other transaction, I stayed out of the day-to-day handling, but from what I saw, the same pattern of pressure rather than genuinely useful after-sales support was there too.<br>Having been on both ends of Arden's after-sales process, I wouldn't recommend it. The estate agency side may be fine — it's specifically the after-sales handling at the Redditch branch that let things down- 29th Oct 2026 (4 days ago)I had the pleasure in dealing with the Barnt Green Sales team and I couldn't compliment them enough. 14th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)I rented a flat in Bromsgrove for a couple of years. Overall, the landlord and maintenance team were helpful with most maintenance issues and were generally responsive when something needed fixing. However, there was an ongoing issue with black mould in the property. This was often attributed to tenant lifestyle, although there were ventilation concerns outside the property, including a vent that was partially covered by concrete which may have contributed to the problem. I also found that whenever I reported issues by email, the landlord would usually respond with a phone call rather than replying in writing. While communication did happen, it meant that concerns and discussions were not always formally logged Reason I moved out because I was having health issues so I would highly suggest looking into the property before

Jess gave us updates every week regarding our house sale and purchase, we didn’t have to chase anyone at all! If I had to do it all again I wouldn’t even bother contacting another agent, these guys would get picked every time!
