She communicated our queries to the landlady and came back with the assurance that we were looking for. My property is semi commercial quite unique and difficult to value. Laura was enthusiastic and brilliant in her approach to marketing. She was adament in using only the best photographer and Ross captured the property perfectly. Laura has never failed to be consistent in communication. As far as I'm concerned, Laura is the perfect estate agent.
