Now we have to wait another 14 days for them to do a final notice. What is that? Before we can to another estate agent.no

It was quite daunting as we were first time buyers but Nicola was so lovely, she knew exactly what we wanted and would recommend other properties she thought we would like . Right from the initial meeting and valuation they have been professional, courteous and friendly and have kept us in touch all throughout the viewing process and with our eventual successful sale. Jonny, Emma and Jenny are great to deal with and the whole process have been stress free. I recommend them wholeheartedly and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

From the first meeting with Paul to an offer, negotiation and acceptance, the team at Hunters, particularly Nicole, were helpful and patient. They updated us on progress weekly and Nicole was always available to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend Sass and Co .I had lots and lots of viewings and accepted an offer after only a few months. . However things on my buyers side did not run smoothly , and the chain fell over . It took less than a day for a new for sale sign to go up and to be reinstated on rightmove . And only two days before I had a new buyer . In the end I sold to the original buyer . Throughout the whole process Andrea was always available or promptly replied , totally professional, incredibly helpful ; sorting out surveyor , solicitor and mediating with all parties on my behalf . Thank you Andrea so much.

10th Sep 2024 (2 days ago)Just been to see a “must see”, massively overvalued property, it was in a shocking condition, didn’t meet the description, the estate agent said they only got the keys this morning- so how did they value it? Badly, not worth anything near the ridiculous £320k they want for a building they’ve never seen. Worst case of breach of advertising standards I’ve seen in a long time. What you can’t see is it absolutely stinks. Avoid.
