26th Jul 2024 (7 mo. ago)Spoke to several agents, some who overpriced, and others underpricing expecting unrealistic interest in the property. EHB's valuation seemed the most realistic, and their communication was excellent throughout the selling process.

14th Mar 2025 (9 days ago)We have sold two properties through Edward Knight. Our first property sold in about a week via Paul for over the guide price. The next one was sold by Mandy for the full guide price BEFORE it even got to their website, or Rightmove! You can't really ask for better than that. It's not just the selling price and the speed though. Moving house can be a very stressful time, but manager Mandy and her team, through their support, minimized this stress by keeping us up to speed at all times. This is something you don't get from those online-only estate agents. Should we need to buy or sell in Rugby again, we wouldn't hesitate to go back to Edward Knight.

27th Nov 2023 (1 year ago)Interest rates rose shortly after initial valuation so reductions were necessary but disappointing. Advertising on Rightmove, Zoopla etc is standard so nothing special.

The whole process was handled professionally & in particular Adam Prewer handled the whole process & kept me informed every step of the way. Fantastic service from established company.
30th Jan 2024 (1 year ago)Just moved into a new property yesterday in Warwick and couldn’t really ask for more from the team at Belvoir Leamington Spa. Tracey and Kerri were responsive, polite and thoroughly professional throughout, getting us feedback from the landlord on our queries in no time at all! Great online systems for referencing and inventory etc making the paperwork stage a doddle! I’ve rented through 7 agencies over the years and I can confidently say this has been the most pleasant and efficient experience so far! Every faith they’re well equipped to manage the property and support us throughout our tenancy if needed!

Even so, we were completely blown away by the high standard of service, support and advice we received throughout the process of selling our home. The current system for buying & selling homes in the UK is out dated and simply put it increases the stress and worry for sellers and buyers alike. Round & Jackson are a local, independent team who really understand this, they are passionate and dedicated to provide support throughout the process and actively strive to reduce stress and worries. Putting our property on the market was sleek, we were invited to input and were given constructive advice on every aspect. When receiving our draft details, we were delighted to see that the marketing not only gave an accurate representation of our property but also, they were written and presented uniquely to our property. Viewings were carried out with the upmost professionalism with the whole team committed to ensure that potential buyers could view at their convenience with timely feedback sought after every viewing. We have sold our property at a time when the property market is incredibly busy, however Round & Jackson were still able to ensure that the sale went through as timely as possible, having a clear handle at all times on exactly what stage in the process we were at and that we were kept updated. No query or question was ever too much trouble for them to answer and they were incredibly approachable and proactive in ensuring that the process was as straightforward as it could be for both us and the buyers of our property. On their website, Round & Jackson introduce themselves as offering a “modern approach with honest and traditional values and we aim to provide the highest level of service to sellers and buyers” our experience is that they absolutely achieve this and more. When you have been through the selling process you completely understand the importance of this, without doubt we would return to Round & Jackson in the future. Your experience as a seller gives good insight into the conduct and ethics of an Estate Agent and if buying, unquestionably a property marketed by Round & Jackson would give us complete confidence as a buyer. At the start of the process, it is easy to underestimate the importance and value of using an excellent agent. There is so much to say about this amazing team, so many small and big things that they do to proactively support the process, their expertise and professionalism are exceptional and we would highly recommend anyone selling or buying to contact Round & Jackson

Puja and the team (Varun & Komal) have been very prompt in helping me with the tenant-finding service initially. Now I am glad to offer t99homes with full property management service.
