Logan is a super organised, knowledgable and helpful member of the team, which in turn allows works to run smoothly from our side as contractors. Makes our job that little bit easier which is a great bonus!
30th Aug 2024 (19 weeks ago)Rude. Incompetent. Lazy. Unreliable. Terrible property management. You have to contact them several times to get a response, and then they'll send a handyman out to take a picture and never return. The only part of managing a property you can trust them with is taking the rent - they don't expect to actually have to do any work for it.

Keeping up to date with current legislation and updating me as and when required. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Karen and Sarah have been my contacts - never let me down

They just don’t leave you alone we had a representative come out months ago to then find out he had left or been sacked so we didn’t fellow up. They then hounded me with phone calls constantly after countless times of telling them to stop , and when you tell them to stop bloody calling they get really angry with you. Just had a full blown argument with some member of staff who felt brave today accusing me of raising my voice. Raised my voice ? I’m the client, very silly individual. The most disgusting customer service and useless company. Do yourself a favour and stay well away from them.

24th Oct 2024 (11 weeks ago)Worst experience ive had with a Estate Agency. Very unprofessional and dishonest process of bidding offers on a property. Tom the Agent gave false information about offers and the client requirements. I spoke to another individual who gave an offer only to be told that Tom was giving false information about how high the offer was at and then proceeded to lie. This is a new Estate Agency operating in Birmingham and I will also be reporting them and their tactics along with other members of the public that have viewed properties and how Tom has been sharing offer amounts with everyone other than tbe clients

We sold our property within a week with campbells From start to finish Jamie and Sian where there to answer any questions we had and and we were kept upto date every week with the progress At times it became overwhelming and Sian was always there to reassure us Thanks guys for everything

However their positive 'leave it to us attitude', while it achieved the positive result did mean that we weren't fully aware of how the sale was being handled and they needed reminding to progress the memorandum of sale.
