1st Sep 2023 (1 year ago)Viewings were only accepted from clients in a procedable position, which did reduce the number of viewings overall but focussed them to those whom had serious intensions concerning our property. Where Peter Clarke's experience really helped was conducting negotiations with potential buyers whom were a little difficult to deal with.
31st Aug 2024 (21 days ago)We have had the pleasure of using Boothroyd twice this year and both times they have done everything possible to keep the process moving. Constantly checking on the progress of all involved much more than our other agency experiences. We will definitely be using Boothroyds again. Also Dan's removals recommended by boothroyds were 10/10.- 2nd Dec 2023 (9 mo. ago)We recently sold a property through Seccombes in Shipston, and would definitely recommend them. Rosie handled the sale and was fantastic - professional, hardworking, communicative and supportive, going the extra mile and even helping with local tradespeople recommendations. We found the whole team at Seccombes brilliant to deal with.

12th May 2024 (19 weeks ago)Overall quite good and I would recommend. Fair price (probably smallest on the market), communicatios ok and managed to secure few offers in 3-4 weeks, last one being the final and accepted it. I got slightly more than I would have priced the market but less than the agent marketed it at. It is a bonus as it works out towards more deposit to new house. There were a few things that I would have wanted such as more marketing on more platforms etc however that’s just a small remark. As mentioned very good price and overall quite good company to sell your house with.

30th Jul 2024 (8 weeks ago)If I could give less stars I would. Company have absolutely wasted my time. After two days of going back and forth they advised what price the seller would accept. Once I had offered that price they then "pre-emptively congratulated me" fast forward less than an hour later for them to tell me that they were not going to proceed with my offer as they are sticking with the 1st buyer of which they had advised had gone MIA hence the reason they relisted the property. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable!

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

30th Jan 2024 (7 mo. ago)Just moved into a new property yesterday in Warwick and couldn’t really ask for more from the team at Belvoir Leamington Spa. Tracey and Kerri were responsive, polite and thoroughly professional throughout, getting us feedback from the landlord on our queries in no time at all! Great online systems for referencing and inventory etc making the paperwork stage a doddle! I’ve rented through 7 agencies over the years and I can confidently say this has been the most pleasant and efficient experience so far! Every faith they’re well equipped to manage the property and support us throughout our tenancy if needed!
